Oh wow! I have never had such a strong emotional release. Thank you! 5 min in, i just had to take large breaths and cry, my dog stood infront of me wagging her tail a d then put her head on my legs. I felt such a strong vibration. I absolutely needed this ❤

Yes I went there this past summer and had a accident falling on a trail... broke both my arms and wrist, that put an end to my yoga practice maybe forever, but this is still my favorite place to visit.
Audio Workshop please do not end your yoga practice, I am 74 with two bad knees and spinal stenosis, but I practice chair yoga or gentle yoga and it is wonderful. I am sending thoughts and prayers your way.
