I went there for a 25th birthday in September 2021, and flew out instead of driving or riding there in the car at all, and I sort of liked it I guess. Didn't go to The Bean though and many other attractions weren't within my budget at the time sadly. 2-3 days of fun in America's 3rd largest city though!
They probably were at the concerts of Lollapaloza. Indie bands and new types of music to others. Saw gothe look also on some in other videos. Some of us remember how 80s girls tried to do Madonna and Cyndi Lauper outfits back then too for concerts.... all gets washed, rinsed and repeated for another generation of some xtremes. Some of us remember the Big Hair bands of the 80s and their outfits... not daywear but still. Just a touch of Hollywood Blvd LOL. Later it hits the regular clubbing, bar and dining area of River North part of downtown also. The Riverwalk would have another crowd. The West Loop another kind. None are going to Church here and mix of higher-end and those who want to be seen and are paying for it.
What the f**k was wrong with that Asian girl at at 2:50? "Hey stop!" "HEY STOP!" As she walked by about 1000 other cameras that night lol. You should have followed them for a least a block IMO
My old haunts have changed so much since the 70's and 80's.
