I mean, I'm pretty sure the reason so many people care about the shipping in the owl house is because it's breaking new ground. It's not the first cartoon lgbt couple, far from it, but for it to be made by Disney, have a bisexual main character (and I think a lot of people just like the whole "enemies to lovers trope"), all while being a kids cartoon, it's pretty significant, and a lot of people have picked up on that. Plus it's very unclear where the plot will take itself next, so the romance side is what people feel most confident in predicting. Romantic comedy tropes abound. Amphibia doesn't seem to have any romantic sub plots beyond Sprig/Ivy and Hop pop/Sylvia (if I remember her name correctly), neither of whom are the main character, so it gets less attention.

Es tan hermosa y limpia, además de que lograste dibujar tan bien la letra de la canción con el animatic, no es criticar a los demás artistas porque sé lo mucho que cuesta animar 1 segundo de animación (eso sin hablar el dibujo) pero muy pocos logran sincronizar muy bien "la historia" (en este caso donde ocurren los sucesos) con la canción.
