I hv 1 question, at the end eliza is seen crying and in the next part william is happy, but at the end end (literally 😅), william is replaced with micheal looking guilty... does that mean elizabeth thinks micheal is her father figure (we see her usually do what micheal wants and is happy when he appreciates her) and micheal feels sad that she has to see her brother as one instead of her actual father? I liked the detail and spent hours making theories... this is the one that i think might be the closest one 😈😈😈😈😈

When she realized that William would never be proud of her she started gravitating towards Michael (Not seeing him as her father figure but still idolizing him).
In these parts though, it was implying that she was begging for William to help fix her (remove the glitches) but he refused so she started asking Michael instead. He was upset because he knew that there was nothing he could do to help her.
