My only regret is I can only hit the like button once!!!! You made that so simple and it's so beneficial to me..... thank you, thank you and thank you!!!
Thanks for the video. Two quick questions. First, my side panels DON'T have the tabs on them. they are just blank gray space. How do I get the tabs onto them? Second, on the flexible grid, how do I set up the bottom 3 panels for T & S, L2 and Active Trader? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Very helpful video, thx for taking the time. Is there anyway I can add the options table to the four screen layout? That would be very helpful and make the process of selling the option faster. Again thx for sharing..
If I want, say, 40 or 60 different stock charts open, what's the best way to do that to make it least resource-intensive? I don't need them open at the same time, but need access to them, without having to type in the symbol to change a chart. Can I set up different layouts - say, with 20 charts of my current positions, 20 with ones I want to keep an eye on, 20 with sectors? - and swap between those layouts?
Great video. I have a grid with a multiple chart cells for different stocks and a single AT cell. I like to activate AT cell with one of the stocks of the multiple chart cells without typing the symbol in the AT cell (by clicking or linking such a way). How that can be done? Thank you.
how come they don't allow active trader chart in a multi chart setup to be the vertical size of one chart (instead of 2 split horizontally) to have that as your primarily trading trade trigger source?
I have got 12 mini charts and I keep the mini-charts for the most promising stocks at the top. As the market changes, I need to move around few mini-charts. I can retype the symbols for the 12 mini-charts, but that will be lot of efforts given I had to do this every 15-30 mins. Is there a way to rearrange the mini-charts using mouse or keyboard shortcuts?
I can't get the detach feature to work fully independently from the original window. If I only have one chart in the detached window, it mirrors one of the charts in the original window. If I have two charts in the detached window, one chart mirrors while one chart does not. Is there a way around this? I want one independent detached chart, if that is possible.
I’m debating purchasing an iPad Pro instead of a laptop. My question is around charting, on thinkorswim desktop, you can detach a chart and drag to another monitor. If I am using an iPad, can I also detach a chart and drag to an external monitor linked through a usb-c hub? Or can you only view one chart at a time on iPad Pro?
How do you keep the lower studies showing on the smaller charts in the grid? The ! in the circle (top left in chart) states I must increase the height of the chart or maximize the size.
Hi, example I got 10 ticker in watchlist, then I open up 10 grid, how can I link each of them automatically 10 different ticker in 10 different grid without typing 1 by 1?
Yes! Click on the three little lines in the upper right hand corner then click on "load symbols to cell." Then find the watchlist you want to add the cells. That should save you a bunch of time!
@@shortthestrike so if im using MT4 do i use the chart as you said for stock price performance do i mark or keep up with the trend? im new to all this but im trying to get the mind set why trader use these while other just have one or 2 screen vs the ones who have about 4 or more screens im sure they have it for a reason.
Think or swim is complicated and doesn't have to be. You should be able to right click anywhere and ADD new chart should be available. It`s literally a couple key strokes for them to program this way....This grid is stupid to say the least......how do you add 1 single chart??????? to a different monitor?????
Don't forget to hit the like button!
My only regret is I can only hit the like button once!!!!

Great video Thankyou !!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼✊🏼
Appreciate the helpful video brother! Quick question how were you able to get rid of the red dotted lines on the 1st chart at the beginning?
great video!!!
Thank you!!’n 🙏🏾🔥🙏🏾
Thank you, how do you connect the timeframes on the grid, for example all charts to 5 min
For some reason it always show only 1 indicator (even though I have 2 ) on 4 chart layout. any tips?
Thank you 🙏🏾

HI. my side bar only shows a gray area. there are no buttons to select like active trader, news etc?
Thank you se
🔥 Thank you
Are the detached grids running in a different thread from the original chart you opened?

How can I open a new chart with a different symbol? Every time I try it changes the symbol on my already open charts.

i don't have the squares. I can't do anything :(
Can you set up multiple charts on mobile/tablet platform?
Is there a setup to organize watch-lists in a grid pattern like charts, i.e. 4,6 or more?

hi quick question: in your flexible grid you have 4 charts open when you change the ticker all 3 charts change too how do you do that?
How do you add an existing chart to a grid (regular or flexible)? Thanks.

Looks like Mr. Strike makes good videos, but sadly he won't spend any time answering questions. I curse Schwab for ending SSedge and doing this to us.
Fantastico!!!
Thank you!
You missed how to make the cursor crosshairs synch across adjacent charts
Quick, easy, done thanks. TOS is great but it still looks like Windows 95
Hah true
I want to compare 2 charts of SPY, but with different time frames. Is this possible?

You wont be able to do it on the ipad
@@shortthestrike thanks for the insight. That’s a bummer. Guess I’ll have to get another laptop.
How do you keep the lower studies showing on the smaller charts in the grid? The ! in the circle (top left in chart) states I must increase the height of the chart or maximize the size.
Its really just the resolution of your monitor. If it's not big enough it will begin to hide studies or the volume bard

@@shortthestrike Do you have a group chat that I can join to discuss stock daily?

What the point of the chart?
Just to view the stock price performance over time.
