Here in the Netherlands you can't take all 4 of them out at the same time. Also not 1 left and 1 right. If you want 2, then they should be the same side. Can someone explain why all 4 at the same time? Isn't that a greater risk for problems with swallowing? Edit: most times we do it under local anestesia instead of full anesthesia
