What a terrific interview! It was wonderful seeing Mr Irvin on the air again and hearing all the stories. Thanks Ted and Terry for having him on your show.
Fantastic podcast. So many great memories of Mr. Irving broadcasting Hockey Night in Canada. That marvellous voice has not changed. Thank you sir for all those hockey nights. Also great memories for me when I was younger living in Montreal and listening to Terry and Ted in the morning. You gentlemen are the best and I’m glad I have found your podcast.
EPIC! Wow, that was amazing. Beautiful stories and so, so great to see him after all these years. The only way you can surpass this is to get Danny Gallivan on. Great job gentlemen, great job!
this was a truly wonderful moment to have some of my cherished youth and adult years (even now) hearing the LEGENDARY voice of Dick Irvin Jr on TV and Radio for hockey (with stories of Danny Gallivan which was a true treat with those amazing stories) and others (loved Dick's CJAD jazz/bigband set he'd do on Saturday nights) along with Terry and Ted which has always been THE voices on my Montreal days and bringing it to live via Pantelis which has been just a treat to listen to this when I can! Thanks to all for putting this together!
Mr. Irvin's iconic voice is a great memory for many of my generation. His storytelling and memories of hockey moments are part of the reason we love this game. Too bad you didn't have a chance to ask him about his 2nd favorite hockey team of all time- the California Golden Seals.
Thanks to you guys for setting this up. This is really really great. About that 7-5 comeback game, Orr was on the ice for all 6 comeback goals. Here are the highlights. ua-cam.com/video/TGjpo8CxqXY/v-deo.html

OMG. Cheers to all and thank you Mr. Irving. Your voice brings back all my childhood hockey memories. Wow! 🫶. The GOAT.

This was a great episode! Could you please invite Mr. Irvin to the podcast again? We want to listen to more stories from him!
For so many of us, Dick was the voice of our youth. This interview was amazing. I wish Mr Irvin many years of good health

Greatest generation 🙏
Fantastic interview. I could listen to Dick Irvin all day. Please have him back. CBC broadcasts have not been the same since he retired.
That was awesome! His voice surely does not age!
Excellent conversation with a Habs broadcasting legend. I'm glad he is still so sharp and knowledgeable.
