Progress Video 2: Relearning Chopin's 1st Ballade (tried 6 yrs ago, gave up, restarted 2 months ago)

It's been exactly 1 month since I shared my first progress video for this piece. Since then, I've been working a lot on practicing specific challenging sections, as well as working on some etudes with helpful technique (e.g., Chopin Opus 10 No. 1; Chopin Opus 25 No. 7). Everything is generally okay when I play the sections in isolation - even the coda now. This video is probably on the rougher side of my playing ability - fingers are still a bit stiff from a tough climbing session last night and swollen from hiking this morning - perhaps good simulation for playing with nerves 😅
I signed up to play this piece for the Tonebase August online recital in two weeks. From now till then, I'm planning to focus on meditating for sustained mental focus, practicing performing in front of friends, and playing more freely and less cautiously. Perhaps increasing the proportion of time I spend on run-throughs than practicing cruxes, to help with mental and physical endurance.
