- This drone footage was taken 6/10/24 just 300yards off the coast of Flying Point Beach in Water Mill, NY. Large schools of menhaden bait fish have arrived early to the New York Coastal region and the large predators are quickly following them.
I was so pleasantly surprised to capture this 6ft Bluefin tuna swimming right up to a fishing boat in the middle of a school of fish. I counted 5 tuna feeding on the school.
