Unlike the majority of Jeep folk, I'm rooting for the Bronco. I want it to prosper.. Not because I want one but because competition breeds innovation & makes everyone bring their A game. The main thing that's working against the Bronco is the supply chain shortage. Manufacturers don't have the supplies and materials needed to start production on aftermarket parts.

You have no idea what you're talking about. I've had 4 66-77 first gen's, 1 83, 2 90 and 92's and just bought a 2021 badlands. If anything, the new bronco makes off roading boring, there's no "whack the throttle and bounce your way through" it's more, "point it, set the cruise on 4mph and sit there calmly as it crawls wherever you point it. To say what you did tells me you've read about but never drove one.

I will say I like the looks of the Bronco. And it probably tracks better than the Wrangler. But the IFS will hinder it in the most wicked trails. Looking at this video you can see there is not much axle drop compared to a stock Wrangler. See what the aftermarket brings. You know what they say....competition is good for the consumer. But for now I will keep driving my Rubicon.

Yes they just "magically" fly through everything, that's why no jeep has ever, ever, in history been stuck because, you know, they are so beyond awesome..... Holy crap get a grip.

I'm hoping all the Jeep Mallcrawler people transition into Bronco so we can restore some of Jeep's integrity which has taken on some damage by all the folks that have made a mockery of Jeep. Let em put Angry Horse grills and 24" rims on a Bronco. I'm sure that IFS suspension would be more Mallcrawler friendly
I've seen some people driving Jeeps just to get kids to and from school, take them to their soccer games and recitals, and to go to brunch and drink mimosas with their friends; they all need to get Broncos to do all that.
