I think you have some open connections in the injector wires... gonna have to ohm them out between the injector plugs and ECM. I wasn't able to find a wiring diagram though. Need an account to access the Mack download site.

Do yourself a favor and buy the OEM part. All this headache could be avoided by buying oem parts. Tsb is for a reason and it's not money
I find long time successfull independents/ owner operators usually have a good relationship with their local dealer. Even if they do all thier own work they only buy from a couple places if possible. That way they can call for tips like the TSB to avoid having to learn everything the hard way. Just my thoughts on it.

If a broker can pay you full rate to haul a load back and then pay someone else to haul it later that means that broker has a bunch of $$ he’s holding back on the original rates.

the fuel lines begin to collapse over time. Put a fass fuel pump on it and it will suck the air out
Regarding the beep, look into your video editing program if it can sense a particular sound by frequency ( air system sound ) and remove it from video. Every sound has a particular frequency and can be removed by some programs.

You all know that garmen is a Marine, manufacturer. they produce radars, fish and depth sounders then they got into the land section. they sucked since. I have always used RandMcNally. never ever had problems with them.. Does any one out there besides me, uses them???

I have a Rand Mcnalley GPS and it’s been junk lately. First it can’t find you now it says no legal roads for your destination 😂 no matter what destination you enter 😂 what GPS do you all run ? I reckon I gotta buy a new one.

So, you lose a dozens loads that could have made you thousands of dollars so you could work on your truck to save hundreds of dollars. Take it to the dealer, let them 100% fix it, and be done with it. Do you know how much money you're losing by being down? Even if you have to tow your rig in take it to the dealers already.
Well actually, he has brought it to different places to be worked on in the past, all to no avail. The dealer rates are around 200.00 per hour now and once most of them get it in the shop the clock starts and doesn’t stop till they pull it out. Then a lot of them pad them bill a few hours to cover the come back warranty work. It’s getting to be a real shit show with shops. The last shop I used charged me 18 hours to put in 6 injectors that if you really drug your feet would take 10 maybe. I’m back to working on my own again.

Things have changed at the dealerships, then on her mentor younger mechanics they just hire and fire at will. Part of the reason is younger mechanics don’t give a shit and are willing to leave if you hurt their feelings.
how are you 100% sure that broker is going to pay you if you dont have a new rate con from the plave where you picked up to the place where you are now taking back to ( which is the same as the pick up) when you run it by your factory it will be a problem if the broker decides to make it a problem. cmon man focussss

What you should do is if ur going back get paid before you let them unload in off ur truck,pay me first.
Well now that you are getting back at it no doubt there could, be other problems down the road. I realize that you have had some bad shops, but here is one that will do you right. No, it is not near you, but should you need things that can be shipped and fixed you might consider them. Fast forward to 18 minutes to get the name of the shop.
