I love at the end of this practice when you hear the yells. I grew up dancing, danced my entire life and even professionally and that moment that other dancers start hyping you up at the end of the dance, when you are tired, know you're almost done and you are pushing as hard as you can... that hype gives you that last bit of energy you need to nail it. It can give you goosebumps. I think the best example of that is during the ON dance practice. OMG. It's awesome to watch. I won't spoil it if you're going to watch it, but at the end, when the other dancers are hyping them up... it's awesome and very much a thing that dancers will do during practices especially for very difficult choreo.
One part of the choreography that I love is the ending when RM who is the leader is higher than everyone else and the 3 youngest (Jimin, V, and Jungkook) are on one side and the 3 oldest (Jin, Suga, and J-Hope) are on the other side and RM is in the middle when it comes to their ages so it works out great.
Just wanted to let you know that ‘Run’ and ‘Run BTS’ are two different songs. They also have a variety show that is called Run BTS. Yeah we know it is confusing lol. The song Run BTS doesn’t have a music video but has a live performance. The song Run does have a music video. They have such great choreos... Many, if not all of them, because they don't have a single bad songs at all, but... That being said, this is one of their best choreos ever, and also one of the hardest. Particularly i enjoy Jin a lot in this choreo, because it shows how much he has grown as a dancer. He had a hard time learning to dance the first years, so i am Happy for him.

Ok i have to admit…I totally use bts content for auditive and visual stimming 😅💜. My neurodivergent brain LOVES it. They are responsible for my best ASMR experiences. When I say they help me healing, it can be understood literally. I can sleep better, concentrate better and regulate my emotions better after watching or while hearing bts. Now. There it is 😂. I’m in for an clinical study about medical effects from bts if there would be one someday 🙈

But if they are at their concert, they do one or two highlights of the choreography and enjoy spending time with the fans. That's why they are constantly moving around. When one is sick or injured, they leave a hole where the missing person is supposed to be. If you want to see their older stuff No More Dream is their debut song. Watch the music video first, then the dance practice, but even from their debut, they were solid. I'm a fairly new fan, so I don't understand the setup of their pre-debut years, but I think some of them were working on things up to a couple years before they debuted. I think Jimin was the last to join, so he had the least amount of time to practice before they debuted? Not sure about my info.

Just to clarify BTS has a habit of reusing names I think they live to confuse Army 😂. So there is an older song “Run” by BTS (part of the BU), this is “Run BTS” by BTS (part of Proof anthology album last year), they also have their variety show Run BTS which has used both Run and Run BTS as theme songs. Clear huh 😂 absolutely killer choreography.

Two different songs' "Run" is from 2016 and is not your typical BTS video - there's zero choreo, even though there is actual very cool choreo for the song in a dance practice video for when the song was done live at performances....Run's music video is part of the BU, so it continues the storyline that was started in the video for "I Need U"..... It's VERY easy for new reactors not already familiar with BTS' discography to confuse 'Run' and 'Run BTS' and think they are the same song...... When this dance practice for 'Run BTS' was first released, reactors made this mistake all the time, so don't sweat it

Just to clarify BTS has a habit of reusing names I think they live to confuse Army 😂. So there is an older song “Run” by BTS (part of the BU), this is “Run BTS” by BTS (part of Proof anthology album last year), they also have their variety show Run BTS which has used both Run and Run BTS as theme songs. Clear huh 😂 absolutely killer choreography.
Run and Run BTS are 2 different songs. This one you just watched is Run BTS, it doesn't have a music video.
Some of their other great dance practice vids: Fire, Blood Sweat and Tears, Danger, Idol, DNA, Black Swan.

Two different songs' "Run" is from 2016 and is not your typical BTS video - there's zero choreo, even though there is actual very cool choreo for the song in a dance practice video for when the song was done live at performances....Run's music video is part of the BU, so it continues the storyline that was started in the video for "I Need U"..... It's VERY easy for new reactors not already familiar with BTS' discography to confuse 'Run' and 'Run BTS' and think they are the same song...... When this dance practice for 'Run BTS' was first released, reactors made this mistake all the time, so don't sweat it
