The bloop soundwave showcased in the video by deep sea oddities, is the sound after being sped up by 16 times it's original speed, which is what gave it it's namesake. I recommend if anyone is interested to look up the sound at it's original speed, it's far more impressive. In fact, most of those soundwaves are sped up significantly.
Oh, and just to put into perspective, if that sound was made by a living creature, to have that frequency it would need to be 264 meters long, as long as the Eiffel Tower is tall. That's roughly three Blue Whales laid out end to end in front of one another. The original Godzilla from 1954, is only 50 meters tall. The tallest incarnation of the character, to date, only counting live action films, is only about 190 or so meters tall. This hypothetical creature is larger than a fucking Kaiju. Of course, it was simply an iceberg, but in the event it was not, the alternative is rather terrifying.
Also, hybrid species naturally occur, albeit infrequently, in the wild. Grizzly Bears and Polar Bears have been found to cross-breed after Polar Bears began travelling south due to loss of habitat, and as they both diverged from one species after adapting to different environments, they are genetically similar enough to breed offspring. Therefore, the 52-hz Whale call coming from a hybrid of two known whale species is not some sci-fi shitpost, it could realistically happen.

Worth noting, it's actually very likely most of those unknown deepsea sounds are icebergs rubbing against eachother or the ocean floor, as they are very big and thus VERY loud- that, and the sounds themselves are super sped up versions of the actual recordings (take the iconic BLOOP! for example), though these versions tend to be the most commonly shared, which is why when you hear the explanation that 'oh it's a bunch of big ice' in association with these bizarre blippy noises it all seems... pretty questionable.
That's not really the important part though- what's important is that those original recordings? Only about a skrillion times more terrifying. Bigass duende down there for REAL. Anyway love this series of streams so far! Looking forward to more!

@@gordogunso I did a brief search bc it sounded right and he's still ceo of Warner, holy shit. I remember watching a video on it (by Billiam maybe) and how it compared to another program about dragons in a clear-cut film style that was exploring the myth and a bit of speculative biology if they were real
Mermaids was straight up poison and I'll take their gigantic misstep this year as karma

Deep-sea oddities is actually a great channel id highly recommend it. It actually focuses more on real known deeo sea creatures rather than cryptids or anything paranormal.

28:16 I know Joel’s joking but there IS a photo from the 1900s taken a day after the Titanic sinking that’s believed to be the one that sank it. It had a huge paint stain on the side of it at around the height where it made impact with the ship.

Sir Cort Godfrey of the Nessie Alliance summoned the help of Scotland's local wizards to cast a protective spell over the lake and its local residents and all those who seek for the peaceful existence of our underwater ally.
