Just did my most strenuous day in the gym for 3 years. Instead of just swimming and classes did a PT session with bands and weights. Putting me first for the first time ever. Men keep stopping to speak to me. It’s working. About to clear out all my clothes. Only keeping those that increase my confidence in my new found approach. Can feel EXTREME change towards PLEASURE.
