I was thinking about the shakomon choice and questioning why it wasn't venusmon because Aphrodite is associated with seafoam and clams but as I thought about it shakomon actually makes sense because in greek mythos Aphrodite or rather Venus marries Vulcan/Hephistus so having a cross association actually makes sense from the perspective of if they are implied to be a couple in a story or have a romantic association with each other
Forgot to add, with the way Hephaestus is treated in a lot of actual mythology, the disrespect and ignoring of Vulcanusmon is actually kind of fitting 😅
To be fair, in some of the myths he does come off as a bad guy. The guy did force Aphrodite to marry him ageist her will, tried to rape Athena, and sent a caused necklace to destroy the life of Aphrodite daughter simple because her mother cheated on him.

There is another version where Zeus married them together because all the gods were fighting over who goy to marry Aphrodite so be picked the ugliest of the gods.
@@4wheal he's definitely done some sketchy things. But then so has most of the Greek/Roman pantheon. That's basically a drop in the bucket next to the crappy things that Zeus/Jupiter has done and he's still generally presented as the "hero" when used in various media.
@@lostfelinepiesh6917 I am not denying that Zeus was a terrible person definitely to his family I mean the story of how he froced Hera to marry him is terrible and then how he treated his children(minis Athena) were equally as bad. I'm just saying that people try and present Hephaestus as the good member of the family because of teh way he was treated and don't realise that he wasn't much better. The only truly good member was Hestia but she almost always gets overlooked.
The Olympus Xll are honestly very underrated, I love that this group of digimon are getting their spotlight with digivolution lines and I enjoy this digimon group overall
I agree, it's honestly about time. Yes members of the 12 have been featured prominently across many of the Digimon games as well as a few of the anime but this is the first time we will see them all together and in their official faction which hasn't been done before. So this is very exciting. They are very underrated. I also do hope Plutomon makes an appearance as well considering they are the literal equivalent of Hades.
I really like the use of Deramon for Ceresmon because it's kind of the same weird combination of concepts. I would go for Kiwimon for the champion though, for the same reason. Also I believe the Orochimon "milkshake" thing is actually a reference to real world mythology of Orochi.
It fits perfectly when you consider Floramon as a rookie and Ceresmon it's warp evolution to mega. It keeps the humanoid shaped flower person at it's core and gains a bird-like vehicle referencing it's evolution path. I am a bit baffled Survive didn't just go with it.
For Ceresmon you could have used Sirenmon as the ultimate since it's a female bird Digmon based on a creature from Greek mythology. Also, it has a golden mask covering its face just like Ceresmon medium and in the card game its artwork shows it being with Ceresmon and Aegiomon so it's clearly associated with the Olympos XII.
ChuuChuumon as a Minervamon Rookie is probably my favorite take in this vid. I’m used to Minervamon Digivolving from Monzaemon, probably just cuz of Cyber Sleuth, and Minervamon is kind of a gremlin, so ChuuChuumon is a really inspired pick to me here.
Wow, I actually really like the nohemon to ceresmon link. Also I personally lean to psychemon (or gabumon) being the rookie for mercurymon. Mostly just because I like the fact that they both look to be wearing fur or pelts over their true bodies. Great video over all!

YES! I've been waiting for this one for a while, now I just need one where the Olympos 12 are given to the Digidestined as partners. Personally prefer the bird route for Ceresmon and Kiwimon would make a good champion for this line. Lynxmon could be a good champion for Marsmon. For Venusmon, I think Swanmon to Sirenmon could also work. In any case loved the video, looking forward to what is next.
As someone who’s favorite group is the Olympus 12, I love seeing this video. Lunamon is my all time favorite and I wished more of them had unique lines, and it’s been my goal to at least come up with designs for Rookie’s for each, but damn some of them are hard. It’s my personal wish that at least 1 more member gets a full line like Dianamon, Apollomon, and Jupitermon have in the next Story game. Which one? Not sure, any of them deserve it, but I’d probably pick Junomon just to have a proper counterpart to Jupitermon. But this video is honestly great at giving each of them lines of already existing Mon’s as that is probably what is actually going to happen in the next game sadly. But hey! Love seeing my favorite group get some love. Great video as always Karn!
I really want Mervamon to get an actual Perfect level, preferably something that comes from Kinkakumon for the female humanoid with giant weapon theme as an alternative to virus reptiles. Iguneetmon > Kinkakkumon > [New Perfect] > Mervamon/minervamon would work well. The closest we have right now is chohakkaimon which sorta works but I'd like something that leans harder into being a prevo for Minerva/Mervamon with snake themes and a sword.
Gabumon or Psychemon as Marsmon's rookie has been growing on me recently, since they've got the horns and the worn pelts. I've always thought Sandiramon -> Minervamon (both snake themed, both Virus types) made a lot of sense
Cool to see a vid covering the Olympus XII! I LOVE the Apollomon line, they're actually my favorite Digimon line in the whole series so far, and has been for a long time, so I love any content that covers them.
Couple of suggestions from me. Pomumon is arguably the better rookie/child for Ceresmon since it fits into the bird + plant thing pretty flawlessly, likewise Kiwimon should be the champion/adult for the same reasons. Merukimon with (Black)MachGaogamon as perfect/ultimate makes sense, but I think Runnermon fits so much better into Merukimon's fastest man alive quirk. As for Marsmon is a pretty easy fix. Liollmon into Liamon or Leomon. Neptunemon is honestly the most flexible one given the amount of aquatic digimon out there. Bacchusmon feels like the total opposite, but I think Psychemon can fit in there as rookie with the whole pink colored theme you picked up for it.
I would love to see more digital worlds like Illad and Witchelny. I have become bored of seeing the same digital world with Yggdrasil, The Royal Knights, and File Island.
As per usual, you've put together a pretty great video, Karn EX! The effort and fun correlations you had utilized in choosing the digimon for these custom lines, even with a rather limited range of choices in some cases. I had esepcially enjoyed Neptunemon's line, with Mercurymon's line and its simple, yet fitting inclusion of the black Weregarurumon and Garurumon variants, Minervamon's theme of tactician and/or warrior digimon. I'd also quite liked Vulcanusmon, especially for a Digimon with so little instances of digivolution, and for being able to keep up with his correlation of octopus based imagery and forging weaponry. As always, it was great to see your personal choices for how you would structure digivolution lines like this, and how you're able to incorporate the themes in their mythological ties into them as well. Love this video as I do all of your videos. I would have thought using Kiwimon as Ceresmon's champion as its a plant like bird. Also was expecting you to change Grapleomon to Callismon but happy with your choice nonetheless. Always happy to see some DW3 love
I like your ideas and I have some ideas of my own that might work Pomumon -> Kiwimon -> Deramon -> Ceresmon (this way it keeps the plant and bird aspects through the whole line) Kudamon -> Quetzalmon -> Sandiramon -> Minervamon (with this you have more holy-like snakes for Minervamon (I know Kudamon isn’t a snake but it’s the most snake like rookie))
Bacchusmon having a mushroom line makes perfect sense. There’s actually now strong evidence that the Greek upper class would mix hallucinogens into their wine!
Here are couple I've tended to use with Olympos XII: Floramon > Kiwimon > Sirenmon > Ceresmon, but Deramon works too. Swimmon > Rukamon > Whamon > Neptunemon (Tried to keep fish/whale theme) Meramon > Asuramon > Vulcanusmon For Junomon, could see Ghostmon > Witchmon > Bastemon > Junomon work too... Though one more experimental one was using Virus Busters; Bakumon > Mimicmon > Manticoremon > Junomon; Kept purple color, and some Manticoremon as minor reference to Hysteric Mode. So like that Orochimon is Bacchusmon ultimate, though. Mervamon is also quite difficult...
The Ceresmon idea is something along the lines I’ve thought, but I like to think that Ceresmon is a Jogress of a flower fairy like Lilymon or Lilamon and a nature bird like Deramon. Ceresmon is two seperate Digimon technically, so I like to think of it as Deramon giving up its will, putting its trust in its partner for the Jogress.

I really like Blossomon as Bacchusmon's Ultimate. I could see Ceresmon being a digifuse between Rosemon and Hououmon, kinda like Omnimon is. Or maybe just Deramon's Mega form?
I think it’d actually be more interesting to have venusmon digivolve from more aquatic digimon, considering that in mythology, Aphrodite/Venus is said to have emerged from the sea
I think Dagomon could also work as an ultimate for volcanusmon as it keeps more in line with the rest of the evolution line by keeping that cephalopod esthetic going
When I think about it, I really like the idea of Vulcanusmon’s line. Each previous form has an aspect that’s apparent in the final one, but loses it before then. Like Shakomon has the armor, but loses it. Octomon has the weapons, but the looses it again. Asuramon has the divine aspect, but no armor or weapons. And then it all comes together for Vulcanusmon at the end.
I was waiting for Plutomon but then forgot he technically isn't part of the Olympus 12. Still gonna ssy though, Plutomon based off Pluto/Hades, line being Labramon, Dobermon, Cerberumon, and then Plutomon.
Vulcanusmon is odd, since Vulcan is not only the God of the Forge, but Fire as well. We don't have a fire octopus digimon, so I think he deserves a proper line more than the rest in the new game. Or just give Octomon a fire variant, that would work too. Fun fact he forged Beelzemon's twin pistols (and possibly BelleStarmon's too).
That Olympos XII Digimon Story game cannot come soon enough. I find it funny that I have a bit a soft spot for Bacchusmon because it was one of my strongest Digimon in that crappy gatcha game Digimon Crusaders/Heroes.

I find it strange that Jupitermon and not Minervamon got the owl motif. Then again, some of the animal motifs are definitely just shoehorned in. I really like Cyclomon for Bacchusmon's level 4. While not a snake, it is a dragon and references Greek cyclopes. The Odyssey paints the cyclopes as habitual drinkers. Additionally, it's description describes it as an oni of vengeance and oni are known for their weakness to alcohol. It also resembles Ogremon which was originally planned to be Bacchusmon's level 4. I like Crabmon X as a rookie for Vulcanusmon. Not only does it keep up the theme of many limbs, it's said to continuously repair its metallic armor.
Your note about Venusmon in the TCG is very important... really ought to digivolve from KingSukamon, since I see a number of KingSuka decks using her as their top end! Jokes aside, the only change I MIGHT make would be putting Neptunemon's Ultimate as Divermon (or Divemon I guess, that works too).
Funny enough I was thinking Darcmon for Minervamon and thought that the Wind Spirit line looked right at home being the line for Venusmon instead, but these make a lot of sense. Good video!
Vulcanusmon and more specifically Vulcan/Hephatus getting shafted in terms of the games and digivices, is kinda a accurate depiction of how the actual olympians treated him
I gave myself a challenge and decided to try and come up with what I would make the evolutionary lines (minus jupitermon, apollomon, and dianamon) if I made a video like this. Not at all criticizing your picks, just thought it'd be fun to compare and contrast! Junomon: I actually saw the same wind line you did and thought "wow, that really fits" but I wanted to give myself a challenge and avoid using Digimon that were part of an existing powerful group, for example the legendary warriors. Tinkermon would have been fine if she fit in my line (she's not /officially/ a hybrid after all), but I ended up going down a different route. For Junomon I decided to go with Sirenmon as its ultimate. I was going to put Sirenmon with Venusmon (it seemed like a good fit) but then I learned in Aegiomon's reference book bio it specifically mentions being part of the same "musical troupe as Sirenmon". Soooo that connection made me feel like I had to give Sirenmon to Junomon given Junomon and Jupitermon's connection to one another. I went with Peacockmon for the champion because I really had no idea where else to take the line and then Biyomon because it weirdly fit for the champion. I do normally try to avoid using partner Digimon when I do stuff like this, but Biyomon isn't part of an existing powerful group, she just happened to be in an anime, so I decided to use her. I definitely like how the wind spirits line up next to Aegiomon though! Bacchusmon: Yup, Orochimon is too obvious of a pick here. Chamblemon (and by extension Burgamon) is a neat pick though, very good through line. I went with Airdramon and Monodramon but I think I prefer your picks. Ceresmon: Personally I went for Floramon -> Kiwimon -> Delumon. No criticisms with any of your picks, I like OG falcomon a lot actually, I just thought projecting that sort of pre-existing line onto Ceresmon worked well. Marsmon: Agreed again, if I had my way I would go for Liollmon and Leomon for the rookie and champion just to keep that lion theme throughout. Got no problem with Bearmon love though and I hope they do use him in the next story game. (Although Liollmon gets even less love than Bearmon so I'd be happy with either!) Mercurymon/Merukemon: I did everything within my power to avoid just using the Gabumon line, I had a comical level of aversion to it because of how oversaturated I am by the extended Omnimon family. I just couldn't see anything besides WereGarurumon working for the ultimate though. My personal preference is for megas looking more complex / technologically advanced than their pre-evolutions, hence why I didn't go for MachGaogamon or JaegerDorulumon (another pick I really enjoy because drill to sword, but it just feels off to me). Technically just the full Gabumon line works best for Merukemon (or at least Garurumon and WereGarurumon, I think Gabumon being a pelt snatcher matches Merukemon well though) but I'm stubborn and even going for color variants (the black versions or Psychemon and Gururumon) wasn't enough for me. So I went for Labramon (although Loogamon worked well here surprisingly?) -> Youkomon -> WereGarurumon (just the base version felt like the best color-wise to me) -> Merukemon. I'm not super attached to Labramon though, I just dunno if Strabimon works well with Youkomon, but I don't entirely mind using it as much as I do something like Kazemon since it's not *really* a spirit. Minervamon: Oh, I love your picks! I'm ridiculously attached to Coatlmon as her champion but the visual coherence of the line you chose, not to mention the thematic ties, is making me waver. Personally I decided "fuck it, Mervamon is her ultimate" since it's been called perfect before, plus the line from Coatlmon to Mervamon to Minervamon makes a little bit of sense, but I don't love it because Minervamon does feel like a more immature version of Mervamon. For the Rookie in my line I just went with Tapirmon, I dunno I just think he's cute and the ears match, you could easily just go with Wormmon though, I just chose not to use him since he already was in the anime and is very tangentially related to the royal knights. Poseidomon: I personally went for Betamon -> Coelamon -> Divermon. Divermon is the only one I have strong feelings about, Gusokumon was on my list originally but I found another place for him and I liked the throughline of Divermon having his harpoon and Poseidomon having a spear. For Betamon and Coelamon. Idk man I just think they're neat. That's the only reason I picked them over anyone else LOL. Tylomon would be more fitting probably, I just like Coelamon more than him. Swimmon would also be more fitting but Betamon is just better Swimmon to me design-wise. Fish is right! Venusmon: Venusmon was difficult for me because I really wanted to force myself away from Angewomon. Anime prominence + ties to the newest group of the...however many angels I already forgot LMAO. I ended up going with Weddinmon for the ultimate, and I actually still really like that pick as a substitute for Angewomon, although Sanzomon could also work here (I always forget about Sanzomon oops) if you don't use her for Minervamon. I do like Weddinmon thematically here as a wedding cake, a representation of love, so I think I do prefer her most out of the three. From there I wasn't sure exactly what to do with Weddinmon so I just used my good buddy Shortmon and Candlemon because I thought it was cute for Venusmon to come from such silly little guys, but the lack of bird elements really bothered me. I definitely prefer your picks of Darcmon and Luxmon I think, those are my favorites. I could go for Tinkermon too since I didn't use her for Junomon. Vulcanusmon: Asuramon bothers me because he's so...explicitly the opposite of Vulcanusmon's underwater themeing. And to keep that through line from Octomon (its so obvious, you have to keep it) I decided to go with Gusokumon like I kind of alluded to before. I definitely don't love him here, you could swap him and Divermon honestly, I just felt like Gusokumon's little diver mask worked well with Vulcanusmon's helmet. Idk, I'm not that attached, I just like it better than Asuramon (even though I think without octomon Asuramon would be fine. Which is funny because Asuramon does canonically digivolve from Octomon). Anyways for the rookie I went for Muchomon, I don't have any more reason than you did for picking Shakomon, I just thought he fit color-wise and was cute. Crabmon could work here but I don't love going back and forth on design elements either in my lines (since Gusokumon looks like a direct evolution from Crabmon) so I dunno. I just like that Muchomon is the right color. Sorry for the long comment, just thought it'd be a fun creative exercise. Really liked your picks throughout the video! Keep up the great work Karn!
I'd give Minervamon the rookie of Ignitemon tbh. A warrior human rookie that looks fitting imo, plus tye kind of animal mask, just works really well. Fsr in most games though she gets the black garurumon line too...
I like the idea of, for marsmon, using Gabumon as a rookie and something like Leomon or grizzmon as the champion, as the Headwear Marsmon has is reminiscent of Gabumon's pelt it wears
The Orochi in the original myth was given alchohol so that it passed out and Susano’o could kill it. Orochimon also has the attack sake breath so it’s overall a really good fit for bacchusmon
Man I wished these guys got their own original evolution lines with new digimon, and I wish Jupitermon had one new line that is actually sort of owl themed. They deserve their own lines just like Apollomon and Dianamon, imagine a little squid rookie slowly learning weaponry, or a plant-bird line that slowl gets humanoid. Also for a Minervamon line, I like most of the options but I also like the idea of Iguneetmon as a rookie. This rookie is the younger brother of Mervamon in Xros-Wars, and if a line wants to use Mervamon as the ultimate version of Minervamon, Iguneetmon can be a great call-back to the Xros-Wars anime and connection to Mervamon (a la the younger sibling growing up just like their older sibling).
When venusmon came out in the card game, snazomon daarcmon and tinkermon all came out and had security attack -1. So darcmon works perfect. Sanzomon or angewomon also work
I hoped you would have covered plutomon and titamon as well since they are closely related to Olympus 12. Looking into it they both pretty much have established lines in: Labramon- dobermon- cerberumon (slide into werewolf mode)- plutomon and Goblinmon- ogremon- digitamamon/rebellimon- titamon Also i think it would be cool to change marsmons line from bearmon and grizzlymon to liamon to leomon (since elecmon is taken) to contrast titamons ogremon
Very nice. Although, I’d be tempted to have syakomon as Venusmon’s rookie. Both as a visual homage to the painting Venus de Milo and because, in most origins, Aphrodite comes from the sea foam made by Kronos’ bathbomb ba- Yeah. It’s definitely a bizarre one.

Orochimon also works because in one of the myths of orochi he was only defeated after being given sake making him heavily drunk and alcohol has been a major thing I'm a lot of webtoons that reference him
I always use Otamamon -> Gekomon -> ShogunGekomon -> Bacchusmon. It keeps a consistent virus theme, Bacchusmon's colors match ShogunGekomon's very well, they all have a festive party theme, and Bacchusmon's body shape looks a lot like a tadpole
I was playing around with some seafood-based Digimon, and made two scallop digivolutions for Shakomon, ending with the ultimate scallop digivolving by simply opening up and revealing Venusmon. Giving a nod to a renaissance painting.
Personal idea, but I think we should have Spadamon for one of the evolution lines for Olympus XII. I know he's categorised as weapon digimon, but Xros Wars was pairing him with Coronoman and Lunaman as a trio, so I think we could elaborate on that more. Maybe Marsmon or Mercurymon, although former seems more likely.
Tbf the reason why dianasmon and apollomon has their full evolution line is because their starter digimon in dawn/dusk thos game mascot main character digimon also they have custom in training forms with sunmon and moonmon
It's not a snake, but I thought that Ginkakumon would make for an appropriate Stage 4 for Bacchusmon, since it carries around a big flask. Cool to see Kinkakumon being presented as a potential Stage 4 for Mervamon as well.
Minervamon associated with snakes really makes sense. First Minerva is the Roman version of Athena. Athena's shield has the face of the Gorgon. Also I think the Ranamon digivolution line can give rise to Venusmon. Aphrodite was the roman equivalent of Venus. Aphrodite kinda originated from a sea foam.
If they ever make a Digimon Adventure "03", the Olympos XII + Plutomon would be the perfect Mega Forms for the main cast because there's 13 kids with Digimon partners that are the sons of the previous Chosen Children.

The Olympus Xll are honestly very underrated, I love that this group of digimon are getting their spotlight with digivolution lines and I enjoy this digimon group overall
I agree, it's honestly about time. Yes members of the 12 have been featured prominently across many of the Digimon games as well as a few of the anime but this is the first time we will see them all together and in their official faction which hasn't been done before. So this is very exciting. They are very underrated. I also do hope Plutomon makes an appearance as well considering they are the literal equivalent of Hades.
I really like the use of Deramon for Ceresmon because it's kind of the same weird combination of concepts. I would go for Kiwimon for the champion though, for the same reason.
Also I believe the Orochimon "milkshake" thing is actually a reference to real world mythology of Orochi.

It fits perfectly when you consider Floramon as a rookie and Ceresmon it's warp evolution to mega. It keeps the humanoid shaped flower person at it's core and gains a bird-like vehicle referencing it's evolution path. I am a bit baffled Survive didn't just go with it.
Also, one of Orichimon's attacks is Sake Breath, so even outside of both the mythical origin and that one episode it still has an alcohol connection.
For Ceresmon you could have used Sirenmon as the ultimate since it's a female bird Digmon based on a creature from Greek mythology. Also, it has a golden mask covering its face just like Ceresmon medium and in the card game its artwork shows it being with Ceresmon and Aegiomon so it's clearly associated with the Olympos XII.

ChuuChuumon as a Minervamon Rookie is probably my favorite take in this vid. I’m used to Minervamon Digivolving from Monzaemon, probably just cuz of Cyber Sleuth, and Minervamon is kind of a gremlin, so ChuuChuumon is a really inspired pick to me here.
Wow, I actually really like the nohemon to ceresmon link. Also I personally lean to psychemon (or gabumon) being the rookie for mercurymon. Mostly just because I like the fact that they both look to be wearing fur or pelts over their true bodies. Great video over all!

As someone who’s favorite group is the Olympus 12, I love seeing this video. Lunamon is my all time favorite and I wished more of them had unique lines, and it’s been my goal to at least come up with designs for Rookie’s for each, but damn some of them are hard.
It’s my personal wish that at least 1 more member gets a full line like Dianamon, Apollomon, and Jupitermon have in the next Story game. Which one? Not sure, any of them deserve it, but I’d probably pick Junomon just to have a proper counterpart to Jupitermon.
But this video is honestly great at giving each of them lines of already existing Mon’s as that is probably what is actually going to happen in the next game sadly.

I really want Mervamon to get an actual Perfect level, preferably something that comes from Kinkakumon for the female humanoid with giant weapon theme as an alternative to virus reptiles. Iguneetmon > Kinkakkumon > [New Perfect] > Mervamon/minervamon would work well. The closest we have right now is chohakkaimon which sorta works but I'd like something that leans harder into being a prevo for Minerva/Mervamon with snake themes and a sword.
Gabumon or Psychemon as Marsmon's rookie has been growing on me recently, since they've got the horns and the worn pelts.
I've always thought Sandiramon -> Minervamon (both snake themed, both Virus types) made a lot of sense
Cool to see a vid covering the Olympus XII! I LOVE the Apollomon line, they're actually my favorite Digimon line in the whole series so far, and has been for a long time, so I love any content that covers them.
Couple of suggestions from me. Pomumon is arguably the better rookie/child for Ceresmon since it fits into the bird + plant thing pretty flawlessly, likewise Kiwimon should be the champion/adult for the same reasons. Merukimon with (Black)MachGaogamon as perfect/ultimate makes sense, but I think Runnermon fits so much better into Merukimon's fastest man alive quirk. As for Marsmon is a pretty easy fix. Liollmon into Liamon or Leomon. Neptunemon is honestly the most flexible one given the amount of aquatic digimon out there. Bacchusmon feels like the total opposite, but I think Psychemon can fit in there as rookie with the whole pink colored theme you picked up for it.
I would love to see more digital worlds like Illad and Witchelny. I have become bored of seeing the same digital world with Yggdrasil, The Royal Knights, and File Island.
As per usual, you've put together a pretty great video, Karn EX! The effort and fun correlations you had utilized in choosing the digimon for these custom lines, even with a rather limited range of choices in some cases. I had esepcially enjoyed Neptunemon's line, with Mercurymon's line and its simple, yet fitting inclusion of the black Weregarurumon and Garurumon variants, Minervamon's theme of tactician and/or warrior digimon. I'd also quite liked Vulcanusmon, especially for a Digimon with so little instances of digivolution, and for being able to keep up with his correlation of octopus based imagery and forging weaponry.
As always, it was great to see your personal choices for how you would structure digivolution lines like this, and how you're able to incorporate the themes in their mythological ties into them as well. With this, best regards to you and your team, until the next upload!

Pomumon -> Kiwimon -> Deramon -> Ceresmon (this way it keeps the plant and bird aspects through the whole line)
Kudamon -> Quetzalmon -> Sandiramon -> Minervamon (with this you have more holy-like snakes for Minervamon (I know Kudamon isn’t a snake but it’s the most snake like rookie))
Bacchusmon having a mushroom line makes perfect sense. There’s actually now strong evidence that the Greek upper class would mix hallucinogens into their wine!

Here are couple I've tended to use with Olympos XII:
Floramon > Kiwimon > Sirenmon > Ceresmon, but Deramon works too.
Swimmon > Rukamon > Whamon > Neptunemon (Tried to keep fish/whale theme)
Meramon > Asuramon > Vulcanusmon
For Junomon, could see Ghostmon > Witchmon > Bastemon > Junomon work too... Though one more experimental one was using Virus Busters; Bakumon > Mimicmon > Manticoremon > Junomon; Kept purple color, and some Manticoremon as minor reference to Hysteric Mode.
So like that Orochimon is Bacchusmon ultimate, though. Mervamon is also quite difficult...

The Ceresmon idea is something along the lines I’ve thought, but I like to think that Ceresmon is a Jogress of a flower fairy like Lilymon or Lilamon and a nature bird like Deramon. Ceresmon is two seperate Digimon technically, so I like to think of it as Deramon giving up its will, putting its trust in its partner for the Jogress.

For some reason one of the most common ultimates I’ve seen for Ceresmon online is sirenmon
When I think about it, I really like the idea of Vulcanusmon’s line. Each previous form has an aspect that’s apparent in the final one, but loses it before then. Like Shakomon has the armor, but loses it. Octomon has the weapons, but the looses it again. Asuramon has the divine aspect, but no armor or weapons. And then it all comes together for Vulcanusmon at the end.
I was waiting for Plutomon but then forgot he technically isn't part of the Olympus 12. Still gonna ssy though, Plutomon based off Pluto/Hades, line being Labramon, Dobermon, Cerberumon, and then Plutomon.
Vulcanusmon is odd, since Vulcan is not only the God of the Forge, but Fire as well. We don't have a fire octopus digimon, so I think he deserves a proper line more than the rest in the new game. Or just give Octomon a fire variant, that would work too.
Fun fact he forged Beelzemon's twin pistols (and possibly BelleStarmon's too).

I honestly always forget Plutomon isn't an official member of the olympus twelve because he's so much more prominent than some of them
I find it strange that Jupitermon and not Minervamon got the owl motif. Then again, some of the animal motifs are definitely just shoehorned in. I really like Cyclomon for Bacchusmon's level 4. While not a snake, it is a dragon and references Greek cyclopes. The Odyssey paints the cyclopes as habitual drinkers. Additionally, it's description describes it as an oni of vengeance and oni are known for their weakness to alcohol. It also resembles Ogremon which was originally planned to be Bacchusmon's level 4. I like Crabmon X as a rookie for Vulcanusmon. Not only does it keep up the theme of many limbs, it's said to continuously repair its metallic armor.

Vulcanusmon and more specifically Vulcan/Hephatus getting shafted in terms of the games and digivices, is kinda a accurate depiction of how the actual olympians treated him
I gave myself a challenge and decided to try and come up with what I would make the evolutionary lines (minus jupitermon, apollomon, and dianamon) if I made a video like this. Not at all criticizing your picks, just thought it'd be fun to compare and contrast!
Junomon: I actually saw the same wind line you did and thought "wow, that really fits" but I wanted to give myself a challenge and avoid using Digimon that were part of an existing powerful group, for example the legendary warriors. Tinkermon would have been fine if she fit in my line (she's not /officially/ a hybrid after all), but I ended up going down a different route. For Junomon I decided to go with Sirenmon as its ultimate. I was going to put Sirenmon with Venusmon (it seemed like a good fit) but then I learned in Aegiomon's reference book bio it specifically mentions being part of the same "musical troupe as Sirenmon". Soooo that connection made me feel like I had to give Sirenmon to Junomon given Junomon and Jupitermon's connection to one another. I went with Peacockmon for the champion because I really had no idea where else to take the line and then Biyomon because it weirdly fit for the champion. I do normally try to avoid using partner Digimon when I do stuff like this, but Biyomon isn't part of an existing powerful group, she just happened to be in an anime, so I decided to use her. I definitely like how the wind spirits line up next to Aegiomon though!
Bacchusmon: Yup, Orochimon is too obvious of a pick here. Chamblemon (and by extension Burgamon) is a neat pick though, very good through line. I went with Airdramon and Monodramon but I think I prefer your picks.
Ceresmon: Personally I went for Floramon -> Kiwimon -> Delumon. No criticisms with any of your picks, I like OG falcomon a lot actually, I just thought projecting that sort of pre-existing line onto Ceresmon worked well.
Marsmon: Agreed again, if I had my way I would go for Liollmon and Leomon for the rookie and champion just to keep that lion theme throughout. Got no problem with Bearmon love though and I hope they do use him in the next story game. (Although Liollmon gets even less love than Bearmon so I'd be happy with either!)
Mercurymon/Merukemon: I did everything within my power to avoid just using the Gabumon line, I had a comical level of aversion to it because of how oversaturated I am by the extended Omnimon family. I just couldn't see anything besides WereGarurumon working for the ultimate though. My personal preference is for megas looking more complex / technologically advanced than their pre-evolutions, hence why I didn't go for MachGaogamon or JaegerDorulumon (another pick I really enjoy because drill to sword, but it just feels off to me). Technically just the full Gabumon line works best for Merukemon (or at least Garurumon and WereGarurumon, I think Gabumon being a pelt snatcher matches Merukemon well though) but I'm stubborn and even going for color variants (the black versions or Psychemon and Gururumon) wasn't enough for me. So I went for Labramon (although Loogamon worked well here surprisingly?) -> Youkomon -> WereGarurumon (just the base version felt like the best color-wise to me) -> Merukemon. I'm not super attached to Labramon though, I just dunno if Strabimon works well with Youkomon, but I don't entirely mind using it as much as I do something like Kazemon since it's not *really* a spirit.
Minervamon: Oh, I love your picks! I'm ridiculously attached to Coatlmon as her champion but the visual coherence of the line you chose, not to mention the thematic ties, is making me waver. Personally I decided "fuck it, Mervamon is her ultimate" since it's been called perfect before, plus the line from Coatlmon to Mervamon to Minervamon makes a little bit of sense, but I don't love it because Minervamon does feel like a more immature version of Mervamon. For the Rookie in my line I just went with Tapirmon, I dunno I just think he's cute and the ears match, you could easily just go with Wormmon though, I just chose not to use him since he already was in the anime and is very tangentially related to the royal knights.
Poseidomon: I personally went for Betamon -> Coelamon -> Divermon. Divermon is the only one I have strong feelings about, Gusokumon was on my list originally but I found another place for him and I liked the throughline of Divermon having his harpoon and Poseidomon having a spear. For Betamon and Coelamon. Idk man I just think they're neat. That's the only reason I picked them over anyone else LOL. Tylomon would be more fitting probably, I just like Coelamon more than him. Swimmon would also be more fitting but Betamon is just better Swimmon to me design-wise. Fish is right!
Venusmon: Venusmon was difficult for me because I really wanted to force myself away from Angewomon. Anime prominence + ties to the newest group of the...however many angels I already forgot LMAO. I ended up going with Weddinmon for the ultimate, and I actually still really like that pick as a substitute for Angewomon, although Sanzomon could also work here (I always forget about Sanzomon oops) if you don't use her for Minervamon. I do like Weddinmon thematically here as a wedding cake, a representation of love, so I think I do prefer her most out of the three. From there I wasn't sure exactly what to do with Weddinmon so I just used my good buddy Shortmon and Candlemon because I thought it was cute for Venusmon to come from such silly little guys, but the lack of bird elements really bothered me. I definitely prefer your picks of Darcmon and Luxmon I think, those are my favorites. I could go for Tinkermon too since I didn't use her for Junomon.
Vulcanusmon: Asuramon bothers me because he's so...explicitly the opposite of Vulcanusmon's underwater themeing. And to keep that through line from Octomon (its so obvious, you have to keep it) I decided to go with Gusokumon like I kind of alluded to before. I definitely don't love him here, you could swap him and Divermon honestly, I just felt like Gusokumon's little diver mask worked well with Vulcanusmon's helmet. Idk, I'm not that attached, I just like it better than Asuramon (even though I think without octomon Asuramon would be fine. Which is funny because Asuramon does canonically digivolve from Octomon). Anyways for the rookie I went for Muchomon, I don't have any more reason than you did for picking Shakomon, I just thought he fit color-wise and was cute. Crabmon could work here but I don't love going back and forth on design elements either in my lines (since Gusokumon looks like a direct evolution from Crabmon) so I dunno. I just like that Muchomon is the right color.

The Orochi in the original myth was given alchohol so that it passed out and Susano’o could kill it. Orochimon also has the attack sake breath so it’s overall a really good fit for bacchusmon
Man I wished these guys got their own original evolution lines with new digimon, and I wish Jupitermon had one new line that is actually sort of owl themed. They deserve their own lines just like Apollomon and Dianamon, imagine a little squid rookie slowly learning weaponry, or a plant-bird line that slowl gets humanoid.
Also for a Minervamon line, I like most of the options but I also like the idea of Iguneetmon as a rookie. This rookie is the younger brother of Mervamon in Xros-Wars, and if a line wants to use Mervamon as the ultimate version of Minervamon, Iguneetmon can be a great call-back to the Xros-Wars anime and connection to Mervamon (a la the younger sibling growing up just like their older sibling).

Also i think it would be cool to change marsmons line from bearmon and grizzlymon to liamon to leomon (since elecmon is taken) to contrast titamons ogremon

It keeps a consistent virus theme, Bacchusmon's colors match ShogunGekomon's very well, they all have a festive party theme, and Bacchusmon's body shape looks a lot like a tadpole
I was playing around with some seafood-based Digimon, and made two scallop digivolutions for Shakomon, ending with the ultimate scallop digivolving by simply opening up and revealing Venusmon. Giving a nod to a renaissance painting.

Personal idea, but I think we should have Spadamon for one of the evolution lines for Olympus XII. I know he's categorised as weapon digimon, but Xros Wars was pairing him with Coronoman and Lunaman as a trio, so I think we could elaborate on that more. Maybe Marsmon or Mercurymon, although former seems more likely.

Tbf the reason why dianasmon and apollomon has their full evolution line is because their starter digimon in dawn/dusk thos game mascot main character digimon also they have custom in training forms with sunmon and moonmon

Minervamon associated with snakes really makes sense. First Minerva is the Roman version of Athena. Athena's shield has the face of the Gorgon.
