Tried it and it came out great. The good thing about this recipe is, it doesn’t require any paste prep. It is simple & easy to make. It goes great with Chapati, as a side item with rice or as a snack by itself (beer optional). Thank you Vah Chef.

Ofcourse it can be made with any meat... will it be as good as the shrimp..I cannot guarantee that. Those ingredients seem to marry the shrimp better than any other meat. I always love making shrimp with extreme flavors. I add my shrimp about a minute after I add in the yogurt. The liquid consistency is essential in coating the shrimp so you dont want it to be too dry. I know these are directed towards our chef but .... just my 2 cents

Thank u chef. Gonna try dat but will mellow down d spices dept n substitute lime juice wif tamarind. Find lime juice 2 end up bitter on heat. May be throw in tomatoes instead. Now 2 tackle d 1st task, d most despised shelling n de-veining d prawns. 😭

uuuhhh dude it would be better if you roast the coconut powder with a little bit of methi (fengureek seeds) before adding it in the frying pan it allows to flavor to properly expand and give a uniform taste
