great bike had one a few months , the chainring rubs on the chainstay . lots of people having to have the chainring replaced for a smaller one as fitted on the e504. whyte acknowledged the issue and the repair was free if you dont see it soon enough it could compromise the frame integrity in my opinion, mine was noticed early and just rubbed the paint off hopefully.
Have been thinking of buying between this and the grand canyon id say for £3,850 for the whyte is pretty high considering what you get with the grand canyon at 3,599 with xt and fox forks seems more value only con with the canyon is the shimano ep8 motor over whytes bosch cx

Interesting bike. But should have rear rack mounts. Did you get to ride it?
Interesting 👍
Does anyone know if Guy did a ride review in one of these I can’t seem to find it?
@@mathewpitman3314 no sorry boss, I ran out of time at the demo and never got a chance again.
@ wow a response from the man himself 😀 no worries thank you for your reply. Keep up the great work 🤙
For not that much more you can get an orbea rise h30 which is a bike much more suited for almost any trail with much better components as well.
having a locked in battery doesn't stop them nicking the whole bike!
wouldnt mind seeing if you could get a bigger battery for it for longer rides
