THIS was my favorite gospel song growing up in Chicago. ❣️❣️❣️ For many years I would tune into the V103 Sunday morning gospel hour and listen in hopes that they would play this song. They never did! They always played other popular throwbacks, but somehow couldn't pull this one out of the stack of oldies but goodies. I searched UA-cam under the wrong song title for the longest time and came up short. 🤦🏾♀️ I thought it was called "Fire Shut Up In My Bones" 🤣 Never giving up, I recently searched again. The word "fire" led to this video in the line up. The Holy Spirit said "Click on that one and listen!" 😇 Hallelujah!!! The Lord led me to my heart's desire! 💯 I'm in gospel heaven! 😇 So many great memories of my journey with GOD fill my mind as I listen to this song. 🎧 🎼🎵 🎶 THANK YOU SO MUCH for posting this song! I'm truly grateful. 💜 🤗

I now overstand exactly what Jeremiah described in the Scripture because it is only He that keeps me going; for if I had it my way, I would let go. But, the Living Word of God keeps me. And in Jesus' name, I pray that I never let go, for it has always been the Most High who has held on to me🙏🏾💜🙌🏾 when no one else would🙌🏾💜🙏🏾.

This song was planted in us when we were young. With my mom having Alzheimer’s and I’m saying what would my mom do at this time. My brother passing away this song came to me and as he’s in another state I was able to sing this to him as he takes his final breaths. He gave me a reaction sending the machines to go off to let me know he was singing with me.

You see with this other song I can actually feel it!! Its called "What is this" by "Walter Hawkins" featuring Shontelle Norman and Stephanie Bolton "Live right in church". These two songs have a serious spiritual affect on me!!
I use to get so excited when they would step in front and sing this song. It landed on my heart this weekend. This one of the great things about social media...revisiting beautiful memories of a wonderful past.
