Drew Pearson was & is my very favorite football player ever. I remember the hail mary pass & I thought I was going to pass out. It was awesome. I'm thrilled that finally , after all this years he's finally in the Hall Of Fame . I love you, Drew. God bless for all you did for the Dallas Cowboys. My team. True blue.
Pearson should be in the HOF. Also, how bad ass would it be if the 2021 Cowboys suddenly started doing that thing on the offensive line that Landry’s Cowboys did in the 70’s where they would all stand up for a second, then go right back down into their stance ? That would get big applause . It would be a statement “we are the freaking Dallas Cowboys and we are going to start playing like it “
Although Tom Landry was a good coach he was also stubborn as a jackass. To keep Rodger Staubach? I would have let him call his own plays. That's all he wanted, was to call his own plays and Tom Landry couldn't even let him do that because of the stupid "system" that they had in place.
@stevec I liked/loved your Bud Grant Vikings, but, as everyone knows..... Pearson didn't "push off" of anyone. If anything, #43 Nate Wright interfered with Pearson. There had to be a winner, and there had to be a loser. R. I. P. BUD🏈GRANT
2 dropped passes to be exact. Jackie Smith in Super Bowl XIII. Also, In Super Bowl X, Percy Howard came very close to catching the game winning TD when the ball bounced off his helmet on the last drive of the game. Much more closer than it appears on the regular video.
The Steelers got all the breaks from the reefs they should not have been in one of those Super bowls Houston should been there but the Steelers owned the reefs
Two of the greatest! LEGENDS and LEGENDARY!
look how well Roger still throws the ball to Drew. My God.

Man this was awesome!! So glad to be a Dallas Cowboys fan!!! HOW BOUT THEM COWBOYS!!!
Such wonderful childhood memories of watching these two play for the Cowboys.
My Favorite Quarterback and Wide Receiver!!
As a Redskins Warrior....Roger Staubach was the best Quarterback Dallas ever had...And he had a couple years left in him.
And Cliff Harris getting in the HOF pisses you off to no end, even to the point of calling him a juvenile name like Clit Harris! 🤣😂 I love it...
what a great person.and a outstanding football qb
Roger to Drew, an incredible combination!!
Pearson the hand magnetic
Roger is a hero on and off the field
Pearson should be in the Hall of Fame... along with Chuck Howley, Ed Jones and Cliff Harris
+John Guertin 70,s Steelers prevented that.
Harvey Martin too.
Snake I don't think so. What the hell are you smokin!
A vote for ed jones
A man who is in the top ten with approximately 60 interceptions but isn't in the Hof... everson walls
Damn, mr. Stabauch can still throw.
Roger can still sling it! 🤣
They did it again!
Roger staubach is truly an American icon.
I watched that game and saw the catch, it was unbelievable! Roger Staubach played some exceptional games at Purcell High School in Cincinnati
Cowboy fan for life.
Best duo ever
Cowboy fever, CATCH IT!
Roger and Drew the absolute best together just like Troy and Michael.
people forget the 4th and 17 pass pearson caught from roger earlier in the game..that was the hail mary...
1. Roger Staubach
2. Don Meredith
3. Danny White
4. Troy Aikman
5. Eddie Lebaron
Look at this legendary duo & learn a thing or two.
BOTH should be in the HOF!
Heroe deportivo de mi padre.
❤
Hut hut!
The only thing Roger doesn't have anymore is his hair.

How cool there wasn’t an OPI on this one
With no Nate Wright to push off of, wouldn't have been surprised if Drew dropped it.
@stevec

Rodger the Dodger
70,s Cowboys could not beat 70,s Steelers if their lives depended on it.
And the 90s Steelers couldn't beat the 90s Cowboys if their lives depended on it. Beat downs just about every time.
Cowboys were a dropped ball away from beating them.

Refs cheated for steelers all the time especially against the bengals
