Choosing to 'give a reading' can be draining; and I have never done that. Once a person has any type of (confirmed) experience with ESP, they can never go back to being a skeptic, in my opinion. My own experience and that of others I have spoken with is that (we) all have been recipients of 'messages' without any forethought or prior awareness or attempt to induce such 'contacts'.
