Thank you for practicing with us. We don't have a video with eye exercises. For improving the functioning of the digestive system, the Sivananda class includes many postures already. For example, the child's pose, sitting forward bend, the backward bends on the abdomen like cobra, bow, the half spinal twist etc. Also, the digestive system does not function independent of other systems in the body, and hence, an overall practice is necessary to stimulate all organs, which in turn will improve digestion. So we suggest not to isolate the body organs and try to work on them individually. Rather work on overall health of the body organs, and mind. Hope this helps you. Om Shanti

It's good to practice either way. If you like all the classes, you can practice the series for 5 days. Or if you prefer a few of them, just stick to those and practice regularly .
