I can't downgrade my Mate 30 Pro 4G version, when plugin in the lastest version Hisuite update function didn't show up rollback button
First use the official hisuite app to downgrade the option will be there.
Then after you done that step downgrade using hisuite proxy as shown in this video.

that is an issue, the solution is to upgrade to 11 (the latest version) again, then you will have your USB function back.
