It’s super hot here in my part of Ontario too with terrible air quality i’m coughing my head off and even my puffer doesn’t seem to help. I feel like I’m breathing in car exhaust. We’ve had a heat warning for a couple of days now and it just keeps getting extended. This is a yucky summer so far. Stay as cool as you can. Be well & take care.
