Much Respect For This Man Of God However My Question Is Why Does So Many Bishops Of COGIC Treat There Assistants Like That? So your self esteem has to be stepped on to qualify the young preacher……………..
That's part of your making Jesus said the greatest among you is the servant.
If you are not raised in old time holiness and came up when there was a standard you will not understand.
Talk to any of the old school leaders who came up under the discipline that the Prophet is talking about now and they will tell you all of the great leaders were trained this way.
And because they Humboldt and submitted themselves under the hand of God the leadership they went on to became mighty and powerful men and women of God Who often exceeded and surpassed their leaders who trained them.
And they thank God for their leaders and their training and how they learned to serve.
A lot of these new leaders have no character, no discipline and no announcing and are full of pride and don't have power enough to heal a headache off a cat and it shows.
And if you are not trained strict you will be the type of reckless irresponsible leader who will wreck churches and people's lives because you did not learn humility and discipline.
And you will produce leaders after your own kind people who are undisciplined and irresponsible just when an irresponsible just like you because you never learn to submit And allow God to raise you up in his timing.
Yet there's so much more I could say about this but there just isn't enough space.
I hope something that is shared will help anyone who has questions about this process of training.
Particularly for people who are called to the office of Apostle and Prophet as the scripture says that they are the foundation of the church.
The foundation is a part of the floor in fact is UNDER the floor and people WALK across it.
That's how humble you have to be to be made into a great leader.
You must serve and you must be able to take rebuke.
The scripture says who the Lord loves he chastens and the Lord often rebukes; disciplines, humbles & corrects us through leadership.
It's the same way with military training as well.
That hard and strict training which is often humiliating makes them into great soldiers and future leaders.
Our training is strict as well even more so because this is the Army of the Lord.
The word also says and God is the speaker - My ways are HIGHER than YOUR WAYS it's not according to the carnal ways of man that God makes his vessels and ministers.
It's the complete OPPOSITE of what the world would say the standard of training should be.

(Q) Who or what does God loves more than His son Jesus?
(A) Absolutely NO one....or NOTHING.
Please try to understand that God is a Holy God and a Holy God MUST demand JUSTICE in order to be Holy and righteous! Even though Jesus was and is LOVED MORE than ANYTHING that was created by God, God still had to crush His only begotten son under the weight of His intense wrath, because He (Christ) had been LEGALLY charged with OUR heinous sins and the penalty was death. PLEASE THINK! If God did NOT allow His own son to escape justice, how will the poor sinners escape? There is no doubt that God is LOVE, and there is no doubt that He also said the guilty will NOT go unpunished! These are the things that we should be reminded of because judgement day is a reality folks. If you are struggling to make the MOST important decision in your life, please, I encourage you to fall onto the mercies of a patient and LOVING SAVIOR named Jesus! Always remember that to TRULY make it out of this current world alive is the ULTIMATE goal of EVERY TRUE believer....not WORLDLY success!
