If I use Envato Elements to make a client's video, do I need to generate a per-platform license? If I don't know which platforms the video will be published on, should I ask my client the platforms where they will publish it?
Nope! That's the beauty of Envato. There are a few special cases that are not covered in the license, but for the most part it's super usable. Read more here: elements.envato.com/license-terms

Why envato some of basic after effects file like gradient bg template or something others as well
Previewing or rendering very slow even i have high end pc and all settings purely perfect.
And some of envato file on written clearly this is fast rendering and that was correct but some of not written that the very frustrating because it taking over night to render

Thank you for your question. It would be helpful if you could send me a link to the specific After Effects template and I could download it and take a look to see if I have the same issue. I do know that some are a whole lot slower than others and that can just be due to the number of effects, layers, and resolution of the project (especially if you happen to be adding large video files.) Sometimes, you can turn off layers that may not be important to your project and make the process faster. Anyway, send me the link to the project and I could try to check it out.

Ok, I was able to download the file and run a test and am experiencing the exact same issues you are. Personally, I would find a different template if possible because this one is just overly intense. I didn't export the whole thing, but it said it would take 8 hours when I started, and an hour later it was projecting over 10 hours. Probably would have taken longer because the last comp is the most involved. Not sure why this project is so intense, but most video templates I've downloaded from Envato are not this bad. This one is just really overkill for some reason.
What is the name of video editor that you are using in your project?
I use Adobe, so these are generally a combo of After Effects and Premiere. Envato also has Da Vinci Resolve, Apple Motion, and Final Cut templates.
Can I use their videos on my UA-cam channel?
Absolutely. The only thing you have to be careful with of theirs on UA-cam is their music. You have to select the "Excludes Content ID" check box in the filters to protect on UA-cam. But yes, videos are just fine on UA-cam.

No, not that I am aware of. Envato only has Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, and Resolve templates.
