It should be a television show, this new thing that Odie and Zola Salena (they make you feel that you know them) have surfaced with. In brief, it is a blatant advertising of Odie’s thirty-eight books (“…that’s why they’ve named me, ‘The Underground Master’”).
It’s straightforward, but uniquely curved to suit the personalities of the “hosts”. Odie is obviously a grainy voiced African-American griot, who is willing to step on as many toes as his honesty will permit. Zola Salena does it too, but in a more refined manner,
They’re filming this publicity thing on Monday afternoons, so you will be able to view a new video during that coming week. “We’re very interested in having Odie’s books exposed to a wider audience.”
