Can we all just appreciate how mature Taylor is. Alot of men would be so childish when it comes to a ex for him to feel the same way as maci and be so dam mature is literally amazing and shows how much of an adult he is. I know my current fiance is always making my relationship with my daughter's father so much more stressful then it needs to be because of jealousy it's awful and makes it so hard to try to coparent with him
As a mother there's no way I'd let anyone step in between my daughter and her father. I'd shut the shit down real quick if anyone tried to step in that. And I'll let her dad know that as well. She is the only child (on both sides) and to say we are still great friends shows our commitment to showing our daughter we are still a family.
Both Maci and Ryan's parents have seemed like wonderful people. I know that I only see them on TV. But, they truly seem like some of the best parents of any of the Teen Mom girls and their children's fathers.
CD Williams you will always care for your child’s father. She cares about his well-being because if something happened to Ryan imagine Bentley. Losing a parent is one of the worst feelings in the world. It’s not that she loves Ryan like wants to be with him kind of love, she loves him as a friend, as the father of her child, as family. This is how a relationship between parents should be.
Amen!! She owned her responsabilitys having a child at a young age! She pulled up her big girl pants & did what she had to do! She doesnt sit around on her couch; shes NOT lazy or Run away; blaming things on her childhood!! GO MACI!! I was a young single mom & Did it on my own too!!❤🌟🎊 Keep up the great job with your children & Taylor is an Amazing Husband & father!!
I always felt that Jen day Maci more as daughter then she does with Mac. But i also feel like Jen and Larry put allot of blame on themselves for not always being there for Ryan. And being there for Maci more.
I agree. I think they knew she was an amazing woman to have by his side and still stick and make things work, even when they weren't together. But okay I love maci! Always my favorite TeenMom! Lol
Good for them. All being so close and being able to say they love each other with Maci’s husband sitting there being supportive. What a beautiful family.
DAMNIT MACI! a true mom would deep down want the best for the father of her child and his family. I hope many young women learn from this. You dont have to be married to have that love and support of the fathers side and maci is the perfect example of that
Say what you want about Maci, but she’s my fave. She’s always been so level headed and kind, never malicious. And she found a good man in Taylor. He is so supportive and I hope Ryan really has his shit together his time.
I love Maci too and she is one of my fav. But she has def had petty moments and has been unappreciative at times which is understandable with everything she has had to deal with. If I had to deal with a baby daddy like Ryan Id probably have petty moments too.
Yes. Taylor truly gets everything that comes with being with Maci publicly and privately. It seems he's an easy going guy that just wants things to work well with Ryan.
This is the sweetest moment that will probably ever be on teen mom. Wow, here comes the water works now! I'm so proud of Maci's strength, for Ryan's family's strength dealing with all the pain of addiction. Addiction is the hardest thing to go through and hurts all involved. I pray Ryan is stronger and overcomes this for good this time! He has such an amazing support system and is soo lucky for that! We are all rooting for you Ryan!!!
Amen! So sweet and so happy to see postivity to and for Ryan. He's sick and he's been getting help. I've been there Ryan, I know how it is. I know I'm rooting for you!!! You can do this Ryan!!!!!! Beat this sickness and be a good daddy to them sweet babies! I know you can do it!
Maci and Ryan’s parents used to have the best realationship, but it’s almost like once Maci found Taylor, Jen and Larry wanted to distance themselves from her. I feel like they really wanted Maci to stick with Ryan and were upset when she didn’t. But no one can ever blame her for walking away. And if that is the case they really need to let it go because at the end of the day everyone just needs to be happy. I hope now that Ryan is getting the help he needs, they can all start communicating better. I wish them all the best!
No, I disagree. she was always close with them up until a few years ago. They even thought of Taylor as part of the extended family and treated him with respect. They became distant when they didn’t want to believe he was on drugs.
erin corinne yes absolutely that defiantly played the biggest part, but I still felt like they had started the distance around the time Maci and Taylor got engaged, not saying that they didn’t like Taylor. Just seemed like that’s when Jenn and Larry started making subtle comments about Maci.

I mean it came to the point where even Bentley was tired of his actions. Maci and Taylor trying to drop off Bentley at the scheduled time and place and end up waiting over 30 min for nothing. Bentley looked so done and just said "he's always late". I mean even when Bentley was a toddler and he was at Ryan's, usually it would mean Jen took care of Bentley like 99% of the time. She did it while Ryan was out partying, hanging with friends or doing God knows what. Also at the same time he would still give Maci shit over the fact she decided to sign Bentley up for preschool as it would mean he would see him less.
erin corinne before he was even an addict he was terrible to Maci, and a terrible father. they keep saying its the drugs but ive never seen him show up for bentley.
Addiction is one of the hardest demons to over come Its a lifelong process. I suggest counseling for all involved to learn how to cope & heal & help be the right help for Ryan. This includes his wife. Ive seen it my whole life. Family/Friends can not enable in anyway. Pure love but tough love will be needed. Maci will always have love for Ryan & vise versa Ryan will always have love for her. You never forget ur first love. I pray for u all, healing, happiness, understanding, & Guidance. God Bless
im literally crying Ryan's parents had me in tears ..my kids father is stick on heroin i had to leave...he used to be such great dad ..i don't even recognize him..its heartbreaking ..this kids know hes sick he needs help ...but he needs to want it..

Maci telling Jen and Larry that she will always love them, oh gosh. My heart, there’s no way Maci cannot not love them. They’re Bentley’s grandparents 💕
This scene still makes me cry even all this time later. You could always tell from the beginning of the series that Ryan’s parents seem like really great people.
there were so many times maci had to cover for ryan, make excuses for him being a no show, he let his parents take over the visitations for years. ryan has to learn that he needs to earn respect in order to receive it. he’s too used to having everything handed to him his entire life. he is not a man, he’s a man child. i hope he can change.
I just want to hug his parents. It’s not easy seeing anyone you love go through that, especially your child. Sure, they have their faults, all of us do. This was so wonderful to see. I hope they all start to heal & Ryan can get happy and stay healthy and be there for his family.
I love that his parents sat down and were able to have such an open and loving conversation. I believe they love Ryan so much and just want to do the right thing....but can still SEE all the places Ryan drops the ball. It would be easy for them to blame Maci so they didn't have to face it...but they don't. They are full of love and pain...and I pray that Ryan and everyone around him can work through this and emerge in a MUCH happier and healthier place. Hang in there mom & dad. The road to success isnt always a straight one ❤
You know what, sometimes you learn and show apology in ways that words can't be said. I'm sure he did apologize but it wasn't filmed or aired. The fact that they can all sit and say all the said there, that's enough apology. I learned that apologies come in different ways, not just by saying it.
The way he told her he loved her that was a "I'm sorry" the way he looks at her while she was saying that she loved them that was "I'm sorry" sometimes you don't have to say the words you just show it and I believe this moment right here was him being truly sorry.
Maci you are just a thoughtful , caring beautiful person inside and out! From Ryan’s initial start of drug use you have been hands down the one person who has been looking out for Ryan’s best interest above all else! And I’m sure that’s because you two once had something very special and share a awesome little boy as a result!!
Me to its amazing that she has the husband who sits and listens to her talk their problems out with Ryans parents, (im not talking about hers and taylors yall). They all should have been trying to get him help from the beginning.
Maci has always been so good towards his parents and always tries so hard to accommodate them when she can. It annoys me that his parents trash talk her on camera sometimes which is so inappropriate. They should be thanking their lucky stars that Maci is as kind as she is because other moms would have taken his ass to court by now and had his parental rights revoked......also, them praising his current wife is baffling. Like are you serious? The woman sat there letting him DRIVE while he was high out of his mind not only putting THEM in danger, but everyone else on the road. She also wrote that nasty letter to Maci and read it on national television with a bunch of lies on it. I get that they need to have a decent relationship with his now wife because she is the mother of their new grand baby, but praising her is just bizarre when she has put their son in danger multiple times AND denied his addiction as well.
I agree with her wanting the best for Ryan for Benny’s sake but poor Taylor has to hear about this guy everyday of his life 🤦🏽♂️ I’m in the same situation & I hate hearing about another female every damn day. It’s quite aggravating.
he chose to be with her knowing she has a child with another man. That is an important relationship to maintain even if it is not romantic. If he didnt want to hear about her ex, he shouldn't be with her
Destiny Day it’s not another random dude it’s the father of her child. And you’re not hearing about another female you’re hearing about the mother of their child. So might as well get used to it lol
I understand it’s the father of that child but it’s really annoying to hear the same thing about another person that your significant other has been in a relationship with day in and day out. I don’t believe that just because someone has a child from a previous relationship that someone new is technically “signing up for” hearing about the mother or father of that child everyday & being forced to worry about their well being🤷🏽♂️
Vona Rose I’m in a happy relationship with this person & we have a child together now too. I am mature enough to deal with the situation, the mother of the child is not. What I’m saying is I’m not one to sit around and gossip about the mother so I don’t like friends and family members coming around forcing me and my significant other to care about what the mother of the child has to say about us or what she is doing. We have been completely cordial since day one and always been disrespected in return. I don’t appreciate hearing about nonsense everyday and an unstable person who my man has moved on from whether they had a child, cat, dog or fish together 💯🤷🏽♂️ it doesn’t matter. 🗣I would never do that to someone who chose to be with me if my significant other and I were to break up because it’s a respect thing period.
@@herwithehustle they are going to be a part of the child's life for a long ass time so either get used to it and be adult about it or move on. Are you really as happy as you claim to be if this is something you struggle to deal with? Truly think on this, because the last thing you want for yourself is to snap one day and take it out on everyone because that wont look good for you.
I love them all so much. Their relationship is incredible. Family sticks together and this is what it’s all about. I watch this and every time I do I cry 😢.
It’s hard to love an addict. My dad was a binge drinker. He’s sober now, but if he wasn’t things would be so different. I know exactly how they all feel. I hope Ryan can stay clean. Kids need their father. I needed mine.
Taylor u have given the MOST manliest example of all time!!!!🤗🏅🏆woooowwww i would of never imagined a man would do sumthing like that coming from ure wifes ex situation! Ure more than amazing taylor n MACY IS A LUCKY GIRL💖but she deserves a man like taylor. God bless ure humble, noble beautiful heart taylor
Ryan's poor father but he had to go hard to get his son the help he needed but the words to hurt. Glad she let them know she still loves them truly loves them and they let her know as well 😍
I just hope for everyone involved especially Bentley's sake that Ryan will finally stay on the right path this time around so no one will hurt anymore.
I absolutely love Ryan’s parents u can tell its real pain Ryan has put them thru, this reminds me of my family and hats off to Taylor bc he is an amazing step-parent, parent, and husband!!! I hope to reach that level of maturity one day! Lol
It's really sad when you've watched them all grow on television and just to see Ryan fall so deep into a hard drug was heart breaking. Seeing someone do drugs is heart breaking no matter what. I pray Ryan becomes stronger and stay clean just for his children and become more involved. When he cried at the reunion a few years back out of nowhere and was quiet. I feel then that was a cry for help. Prayers to anyone struggling with addiction. I feel that fight is just as terrible as cancer that take away our love ones.
I’m honestly ugly crying... addiction is hard, I know by experience. You become a person you’re not. You hate the person you’ve become & you feel defeated in every way.. but there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel. Like they always told me, “you may feel hopeless but you’re never helpless” I wish nothing but the best for Ryan & the whole family!!
I find that as great as Maci is about Ryan, especially that she has contact with his parents. You can see how Taylor loves her. When Teen mom OG was shown in Germany for the first time, I was thrilled with Maci .♥️
For anyone even his parents to admit or even offer an apology is so nice and helpful. So tired of people saying whats in the past is the past and lets move on like it didnt affect how they are trusted or hurt others. Sucks that Ryan didnt stay clean
I lost my father in April, he lost his battle with addiction. Watching someone you care about hurt themselves (and often the people they care about) through their addiction is one of the hardest things someone can go through. I truly wish Ryan all the best in his journey through recovery. And I'm glad that they sat down as a family and spoke about it, how it had effected Ryan and them as well. I hope they can all form a strong support system for each other and Ryan. And I give them my utmost respect for speaking about it on television, there's always this sense of shame to speak about addiction when you or a loved one has battled it. But we need to be having these conversations to raise awareness, education and understanding for those battling addiction and their loved ones effected by their addiction. It's a serious disease and I hope one day starts to be treated more seriously like one rather than a personal flaw. Respect and positive vibes to Ryan and their family.
Maci and Taylor were my favorite. I feel like Ryans parents wanted Maci as their daughter in law. But Maci and Taylor are perfect together. Taylor is a amazing man
Addiction is absolutely destroying people and their families. It’s so hard to see others go through this but it’s important to show because it’s very real.
Ryan is very loved I can tell that much I hope he can recognize that after recovering from his addiction. I feel like he hurt his loved ones along the way, but regardless they are still there for him and always will be.
Wow just wow. I just cried ugh....these people just laid their real life struggles out there for the world to see. This is far beyond "just another story line"
She will always love Ryan. I'm a firm believer that we love others more than they love us will always forever to hold a special place in there heart for them.
HIs parents are such enablers. I swear. "He feels like an uncle, poor ryan" no. He made himself feel that way for being a crappy father to his child and hardly being involved. Stop making excuses and talking about him.
That was an emotional conversation with Ryan's parents with Maci. Life is tough emotions run high. Ryan let his addiction take it all way from him and his son and parents and Maci. So sad, his dad crying was hard to watch. They wanted better for him. He wanted to do whatever he wanted at their expense.
As a mother of a child who chose addiction over her family & child I feel their pain from the depths of their despair. But now I stand for her son who has his own issues because he never asked to be a part of this.
I 100% get Maci’s feelings. My ex & I separated due to his alcohol addiction, PTSD & numerous infidelities but he has always been financially there for our daughter, he cares about her 100% but isn’t always there physically. He went through a really rough patch these past couple months due to his drinking & lost his job, I felt so bad for him because of out kid. I’d never wish bad on him because even though he did me wrong he is the father of our child.
Anyone who has ever had their life affected by addiction can relate to this scene. Wow, the pain it causes. 😢 I hope Ryan will be strong and not give up
I feel like Maci still loves Ryan and wished he would of changed. And Ryan's parents always wanted Maci to be their daughter Inlaw. Ryan regrets losing Maci and still loves her till this day.
Jade grew on me throughout the seasons! She’s really doing it alllll with so many leaches around her , she got through depression on her own even and still pays her way for everything , the people around her don’t give her enough props
Himynameis What I adore her!! She’s my favorite out of the young and pregnant bunch. She has so much maturity and is always pushing and striving and so positive...🙌🏾🙌🏾
If you look back to the beginning, before Ryan was on drugs when maci was pregnant and when she had given birth 😑 he was a complete sociopath, it’s 100% not the addiction ITS WHO IS IS
It’s clear that Jen and Larry always wanted Maci to be apart of their family and to stay with Ryan... but, Maci made the best decision for yourself and her family. She is the only reason worth watching this show. 💜 the only OG that matters.
Can we all just appreciate how mature Taylor is. Alot of men would be so childish when it comes to a ex for him to feel the same way as maci and be so dam mature is literally amazing and shows how much of an adult he is. Yes Taylor is a dream!!!
You could tell it hit Taylor as a father to hear Ryan consider himself Bentley’s uncle and how bad that hurts.
I suggest nipping that issue before tying the knot.
Wow. The scene with Maci and Ryan’s parents was so raw, real and emotional. They have come a long way!!!!
Both Maci and Ryan's parents have seemed like wonderful people. I know that I only see them on TV. But, they truly seem like some of the best parents of any of the Teen Mom girls and their children's fathers.
Danielle Doutsas i wish they always spoke this highly of maci. In two Different seasons, Larry specifically, spoke poorly of maci. That’s not ok.
I don't pay enough attention to the show to know everything that was always said. I just happened to watch this clip and remember past things.
Danielle Doutsas hahah yes clearly. Xo
I NEVER tear up and that totally made me tear up 💧
Maci will always be my favorite. She’s so mature, since so young too.
Alba Gonzalez she most def was the most mature teen mom I have ever seen
Alba Gonzalez me too!!

Is there a reason Larry hasn't apologized to Maci for how he treated her? Bc without that this is all bull.
I’m crying now I can only imagine tonight OMG!
me too !
Addiction is no joke my grandmother lost two of her daughters to heroin, one of them being my own mom. My heart goes out to this family
j j Im sorry for ur loss!
@@princessme7086 thank you
Taylor u have given the MOST manliest example of all time!!!!🤗🏅🏆woooowwww i would of never imagined a man would do sumthing like that coming from ure wifes ex situation! Ure more than amazing taylor n MACY IS A LUCKY GIRL💖but she deserves a man like taylor. God bless ure humble, noble beautiful heart taylor
This is pure love and makes me believe in humanity again. Well done. This is healing 💕
Ryan's poor father but he had to go hard to get his son the help he needed but the words to hurt. Glad she let them know she still loves them truly loves them and they let her know as well 😍
It is so good to see them come together no matter how hard it has been for each of them. Family is everything and it so good for Bentley to see💖💞
I just hope for everyone involved especially Bentley's sake that Ryan will finally stay on the right path this time around so no one will hurt anymore.
This is beautiful on so many levels. I really hope the best for Ryan. He has so much love around him.
Maci has always been and will always be my favorite Teen Mom! She is responsible and always puts her kids first.
Why did I click on this video while at work😭 this was really beautiful to watch. Totally feel all the emotions and love❤️
I absolutely love Ryan’s parents u can tell its real pain Ryan has put them thru, this reminds me of my family and hats off to Taylor bc he is an amazing step-parent, parent, and husband!!! I hope to reach that level of maturity one day! Lol
Omg when Ryan’s dad cried I LOST IT !! 😞😢😢😢
I feel so bad that Ryan felt like an uncle to Bentley. No dad should feel like that
Maci has always been the most mature of the bunch, in my opinion
I couldn't help but to cry seeing Ryan's parents crying .
Maci has always been my favourite teen mom of girl the other girls could learn alot from her, I'm so proud of how far she's come
I lost my father in April, he lost his battle with addiction.
How is he finna have dip in his lip when having this conversation
AJ Calahan lol I thought the same thing
Maci and Taylor were my favorite. I feel like Ryans parents wanted Maci as their daughter in law. But Maci and Taylor are perfect together. Taylor is a amazing man
I think that aswell I don't think they like MacKenzie much can't say I blame them
This is what u call being an adult. I love this 💕 Maci & ryan has always been my favorite on the show!!
I love this. It's sad and raw and unpleasant but it's REAL. They're truly a family. I wish Ryan the best.
Its good to see them all be there for one another because addiction is a real disease that people struggle with everyday.
Ang P do u know what he was addicted to?
@@unwantedangel9025
Heroin
Not a disease...it's actually a choice
May seem like it but I'm sure people dont wake up every day wishing they will become liers and thieves
This is so sweet... so rare... so raw! Wow.
I never seen Larry so emotinal. Really got out of his comfort zone.
Maci is so strong and I’m glad she has a mature and supportive husband
Wow just wow. I just cried ugh....these people just laid their real life struggles out there for the world to see. This is far beyond "just another story line"
Awww... That's rough, but LOVE is so powerful....
gosh I’m bawling.. Maci has always held such a special place in my heart for so many reasons. I relate to her. ouch my heart.
I have always loved Ryan's mom. To have a chance at reconciliation is the greatest thing in life.
For real did not anticipate this would have me crying yet here I am crying
Macy is so mature I really think from what I know she is a good person(mother, wife, friend, co-parent n co employee
Taylor and Maci are such genuinely good people
That was an emotional conversation with Ryan's parents with Maci. Life is tough emotions run high. Ryan let his addiction take it all way from him and his son and parents and Maci. So sad, his dad crying was hard to watch. They wanted better for him. He wanted to do whatever he wanted at their expense.
Well that made me fucking cry. I love Maci. She’s beyond mature. Good for them for sitting down and communicating
Such a heart warming moment ♥️♥️
so real and emotional
Such good people!! I hope things work out for them all.
Maci you are amazing👌👑💖
Awe the father crying
If you look back to the beginning, before Ryan was on drugs when maci was pregnant and when she had given birth 😑 he was a complete sociopath, it’s 100% not the addiction ITS WHO IS IS
He a spoiled brat turned addict
It’s clear that Jen and Larry always wanted Maci to be apart of their family and to stay with Ryan... but, Maci made the best decision for yourself and her family. She is the only reason worth watching this show. 💜 the only OG that matters.
That's an amazing connection! Maci husband is amazing to her! 💯 now im 😢
I’m not crying! You’re crying!
