If you on enterprise platform and behind proxy or firewall, you can update user settings on Alteryx with you credentials for it to work. It took me while to discover it as it was not anywhere on the community answers either. Hope it helps others.

Hi Talha, it sounds like the outgoing or incoming data is blocked by the server since it is working on your local machine. I would recommend talking to your server administrator to see if API calls such as these are blocked.
