Add effects (On "Rectangle 2" • Copy background • Gaussian blur (Strength - 0.400) • Exposure / Gamma (Exposure - 0.95) 4. Move first shape up 5. Split shape Done! (Also you can do this without the paid version.)

A piece of advice to someone who can't get this. Just try to shuffle layers. I couldn't get it Like this so in frustration I shuffled the layers and it turned out just like this. Hehe
