Pretty dope I've using Reaper Default for some years now until I saw the Developers of Mortal Kambat sound fx team was using Reaper with this sick ass theme which lead me to this video.
Man, I just found you and am skimming a few videos and have already learned so much that could improve my workflow. Even as someone who has used Reaper for years, I just kind of found my workarounds instead of going the full customization route. But a lot of what you are showing would save me so much time. Thanks for these videos!
Once again your tutorials make podcast editing SOOOOO much easier. Having my media files so easily accessible has cut the time of searching for them down to nothing. Now, if you only did DaVinci Resolve ... cause that's what I'm using for video. Happy as hell with this though.
Right?! So glad you found it helpful. DaVinci has been on my list to learn but it's such an investment to learn a new program when I already know how to edit videos in REAPER and Premiere. haha Have you looked into the free vidoes DaVinci put out?
Thanks a ton for the great video. I currently use Audacity and wish to switch over to some other DAW. Your videos have convinced me that Reaper is the way to go. Thanks again!
nice! I'd just add all the preferences, hotkeys, actions and customizations etc.. can be saved/exported/imported (in Preferences -> General Import configuration / Export configuration) which can prove handy when moving between more computers or working as guest in studio ;)
Very cool. Not quite the same thing but all of the customizations remind me of the WinAmp days when I used to...borrow music online. *ahem* Thanks for the content!
love it! super useful in cutting the learning curve!! please make more
I want to! I'm just in a weird situation right now and don't have a decent recording space. haha
The tip about the Media Explorer is definitely going to streamline my process. Thanks!
Glad it was helpful!

That's awesome!

Thank you for the helpful video, it sets out the UI functions very well.
Great to hear!
I've been trying to figure out how to keep settings I'm changing, your last tip about saving project settings is a game changer! Great video!
It's the little things.
Thanks for the great video Daniel

Awesome! Glad I could convince you. I've got some fun videos planned as soon as I get the time. haha

thank you for your really good work and inspiration.
I appreciate that!
Thanks for uploaded these videos! Some of us don't use Facebook. Do you have a group elsewhere?
Kinda. Facebook is the main place but there is a subreddit, www.reddit.com/r/ReaperForPodcasting/. It's not active but it exists and I check it.

It's funny you say that. One of the WinAmp developers, when they sold it he used the money to develop Reaper.
@@ReaperforPodcasting I did not know that. Interesting.
