Best traditional leather belt is the 'Lifetime Belt" from Duluth Trading Company. I've been wearing this belt for over twenty years.

Heaviest wool blanket I've ever bought . I got 8 of em for $ 400 bucks 4 years ago . Only other one I lke even better is the Italian Air Force officers wool blanket , which I paid $480 plus shpg for . They are also VERY heavy , blue and white , with a prop/ eagle in the middle of em . I've slept in these skin to wool ....no itch at all .

These are Royal Dutch navy blankets contracted at about 2007 and surplus after the commissioning of several new ships - i have several that i bid about $160 each and worth every guilder but are not suitable for bivouac as the much more durable Dutch marine olive drab thick wool -probably boiled- made by AaBe in Tilberg that are among the best for bivouac; apart from this naval surplus, i do not know what the Dutch land and air forces are now using as blankets though i am sure they are of the best and suitable wool given there are more sheep on Texel than Dutchmen. TOT ZEINS!
