What a beautiful way to convey a story without words, just music and the cues it carries. Not only that, but each role is marked so well by costumes, especially those of the step sisters and step mother! Even got a little comedic timing in there to convey just how out of place they are. Worked together so well I had to watch it all in one sitting :)
I watched this performance for the first time in the Mariynski theater as a seven year old. Now I look back and reminisce about the incredible composition and choreography of this ballet. I would definitely rewatch this performance live again. ❤
It's been a dream of mine for almost 4 years to dance in something like this. Often times I feel I'm too old to do that. I'm almost 21 years old and I plan on asking my parents, because I still live with them, if I can start taking dance lessons. Maybe I will get to dance in something like Cinderella one day.
Beautiful performance of the nice Stevenson choreography . Well done for the CND of Mexico!!! Only pity in this video is the neverending background screaming by children in the audience... this has to be distracting and annoying for the dancers and also other spectators in the theater!
Are you being sarcastic like it may not have the most beautiful music bit tje dancing and story telling is en pointe (see what I did there). This is a classic bow start watching some other ballets so your rlly understand 😅

Está compañía de danza es mexicana, hubiera sido un gusto verla en vivo.
Τέλειο ❤❤❤❤❤❤ Αγαπάω το μπαλέτο!
A gorgeous production. Prokofiev's famous waltz was and is perfection.
Agree!
Ben Stevenson’s production of a Cinderella it‘s undoubtedly the best one in the world!
TBT is doing this with live orchrstra in Dallas with the Dallas Opera Orchestra.
I love Prokoviev
This is from my six year old: "Their movement is so talented and the dresses are really beautiful 👗👠🎀 I loved it."
