Thank you so much for this video. I came here initially to learn about mugworts benefits for the digestive system as I am dealing with some issues. When Whitney started talking about the benefits of womb healing I cried as this is something I have been working on. I planted mugwort from seed 2 years ago not knowing the importance it would have for me. It has grown into a magnificent and beautiful plant obviously trying to get my attention.
Thank you again for showing up right on time💚

I dream excessively. It has been a major problem since I was a child. I’m now 49. It’s exhausting to dream all of time. Plus I dream in color, and I feel sensations in my dreams. I’ve recently started drinking mugwort tea. To me the taste is fabulous but the best part is that I sleep so soundly. It has really slowed down the dreams although when I do dream, I dream in 4k but finally, I wake up feeling rested. I’m so happy.

Wow! This video was great and so informative. I have had an interest with herbalism on and off for years but now I am taking a more serious interest in it. Recently I have gotten back into my spiritual path of practicing witchcraft and paganism. I was coming across rituals with mugwort--I have some I bought from a witch shop years ago, and not knowing much about it, assumed it was an uncommon plant like some other herbs used in the Craft. But then I decided to look into it recently and as soon as I saw pictures I recognized it immediately. What's more is I stepped out of my house later on and realized the front garden of my room rental (which is horribly overgrown) had a huge mugwort plant. It had been right in front of me the whole time! I have been working with plant and tree spirits so I got to know the plant, she is named Wilfred and she's very friendly. I personally wanted to take my time before I harvested but she was very insistent I harvest immediately so I did. I kept getting a message about salve (something I have never made in my life) so I will be using her dried leaves to create a mugwort salve.
I was not sure what she had in store for me but watching this video clarified it for me. I have an extensive history of trauma but I also fit the "mugwort person" type you mentioned. I'm very excited to see what happens now!

its an MAOI, so it degrades enzymes that degrade DMT, thus keeping more DMT around in the body which is why we dream during REM sleep

I've been taking mugwort regularly for several years as part of a herbal mix that I vape. One thing I've observed is that its anti-mosquito effect could be stronger than usually assumed (compared to Artemisia Annua) if you take it that way. I've now had entire years/summers without a single mosquito bite and I have also been to a malaria infested part in Africa and I didn't get the illness whereas my partner did. Could be a coincidence, but it seems that the artemisinin and other compounds accumulate in your body when consumed that way and act as repellent. I also like to burn it, it smells like cannabis when burnt and has a relaxing effect.

im having the tea for the first time and its not bitter at all... it has a nice very light herbal flavor... could it be because it is spring and the plant is very young? its a small patch only about 8 inches tall... does it have more effect on dreaming when its bitter?

I grow mugwort in containers in my garden. I am a reiki practitioner with Celtic heritage. I love mugwort and use mine to make area cleansing wands, flower essences, anointing oils and tinctures.
I’m 60, and a few months ago I had to have a radical hysterectomy. Though I’ve been menopause a few years, I’m curious if I’ll feel a difference in how Mugs effects me 🤷‍♀️ I have some tinctures in the works. I’ve sold all my essence. I’ll have to wait until I get flowers to make more.
