I got this foundation after watching this video, and honestly its my favourite foundation now. I have oily skin and a lot of the time most foundations that say they're oil free end up being matte, but in a cakey heavy makeup kinda way. The formulas just dont work that good on my skin. This did seem slightly luminous on you so i decided to test this formula out. This has lasted me throughout the day, controlled my oil whilst making my skin look dewy-matte and healthy. Love this stuff!

I've got this foundation with dry-combo skin like you too. I don't think you need to use that much product as it blends/spreads so well for me I truly can't feel it on my skin & definitely long wear. Think it looks great on you. Think you'll love the new Nars radiant one too!
I love this foundation. This has become my HG foundation. It withstands a lot of humidity in Bombay. Apart from Estée Lauder Double wear, this is the only foundation which has lasted on me for over 12 hours :)

I bought it last week when I was there!! I’ve been trying to figure out how to wear it well because it is really expensive but it actually feels so light and matches my skin so well. I don’t think you can layer it too much and it looks better as it wears! It sets better with a translucent powder and even if it does wear off it just looks like skin so you can get away with it. And plus it gives us oily girls a chance to wear the glowy look without feeling like an oil slick.
Which one do you prefer? I'm confused between estee and bb 😭 the estee I heard can be a bit drying amd I've got dry patches so I'm a bit afraid of getting that
I've been binge watching your videos for a couple weeks now and it's mad crazy how your foundation shades are so similar to mine! My foundation shade for Bobbi brown is warm honey too! Wow I'm so happy that I know a UA-cam that has the same exact shade as me! I know you don't really like doing foundation reviews but I would be so happy if you could do foundation reviews of new foundations that might release in the near future.

I totally agree with you I tried it and I had the same issue . It was dull around the mouth and It feel really tacky and heavy on the skin. Usually I don't get smile line but this foundation really crease around my mouth. My normal to dry skin didn't like it. It's a no for me. Lucky me I had a sample because if had bought it I will be really mad ! Because in France it's so hard go get sample and if you get the wrong shade or wrong foundation you can't return the foundation. 😕🙃 Finding the perfect foundation for my dark dry skin it's a real struggle but your review really helps me. For people with normal/dry skin the positive reviews I have seen have all been with the bobbi brown priming moisturiser. Perhaps get a sample of that and see if your bobbi brown foundations will work? I heard some companies make their products work together. But it is annoying to have to buy both.

You favorite beauty influencer should not be the final say-all, end-all decision of a foundation for yourself just because she has the same skin color, tone, and type as yourself. It will more likely than not apply, perform, look, and/or wear throughout the day differently on you than on her. So basically you should not dismiss a product just because she hated it, or the reverse, you should not assume a foundation will work beautifully for you because it did for her. Just my experience...

I think you should do a tarte foundation review, because you should speak in behalf of the brown girls and how they are also discriminated against when it comes to foundation colours 🙌🏽
