Yes! It is Seattle! I slowed down the video an I can confirm that it is the city. There are litterally signs that says Seattle on it. The bus stop has a sign for the Seattle monorail, and there is a below shot of a skyscraper behind some autumn trees; at which the base of the shot has a banner for the Downtown Seattle Association.
