Bhai agar sab meetha bolenge toh sacchai thoda cheep jayega, Woh yhi hai ki bhai Facilities top class and equipment bhi top class but gym wali ek feeling nhi aari.... Shayad iss liye kyuki building layup apartment jaisa hai.... Mere khyal se personal shayad jo gym 2 alag alag part me divides hai( specially 3rd floor me) usko bhai agar diwal hta kar undivided ho sakey aur space badhjaye saath me visibility toh bohot sahi rhega. ❤️

bhai 2 -2 same station ki bajaye aur machines daal skte the. chest press, multi press, shoulder press, lateral raise, hammer reverse lat pulldown, v squat, pendullum squat, belt squat, nautillious pullover, incline chest fly, leg ext leg curl, calves standing seated. ye to basic machines hai jo h hi nhi. bodybuilding k liye its not a good setup.
