At least you were faster than the jogger. Great car, thanks for the ride! Maybe someday I’ll have one.

Your Model T is such a charming and lovely car. I wish I could see more of them in the daily traffic.

Great job Jared. The T looked like the hit of the car show. The patina exterior really makes the T look right. All the Porsche owners were star struck by the T.

Your, “T” drew more attention than the Packard you parked next to.! Have you thought about Rocky Mountain Brakes and a Ricardo head for your Model T?

My original 1926 model t p.u. was a big attention getter at car shows like this!

“Dudes dig the Model T, the ladies dig Walter”. I’m first in line when you put that on a Tee Shirt (car on the front, Walter on the back) and sell it in your Merch store!

Watching the car being rebuilt from scrap has been an absolute joy to watch to say the least. I always feel a little emotional when I hear a vintage engine roar back to life.

It did real well, it is an adventure taking one out like that for the first time.

I could hear the relief in your voice when you mastered that last hill! In the old days part of the fun was just getting there. Jimmy Stewart. I would be thinking up some kind of small extra gas can plumbed into the existing gas line with a selector switch to get up hills safely.

Great video, you've mastered driving the T! With the hills in your area, you would really benefit from a Ruckstell two-speed rear axle and a set of auxiliary brakes, either AC or Rocky Mountain. Don't install a Ruckstell without the brakes! If for some reason you get caught between gears on the Ruckstell you will have no brakes! Chaffin's Garage in California sells complete Ruckstell kits with all new components to convert your existing rear axle to a Ruckstell. The stock shifter location for a Ruckstell is in the middle of the floor board, but kits exist to move the shifter over to the same slot that the parking brake uses if you prefer. :)

The first car my grandfather ever owned was a 1927 model T that he bought new. He said that back then a lot of the roads were dirt and when it rained, they would turn to mud. He said that you'd really get a sore leg holding the car in low gear when you had to traverse miles of muddy roads.

VERY FUN RIDE! I have two questions: 1) what are the small blinking orange/yellow lights reflecting on the windshield? 2) why do you use the passenger door to get out of the car? Thanks!!
