i loved these cheats! i dare you to survive - oh! you're dead! at least there are weapons everywhere. and i loved it when san andreas referenced this in the story and LS lost its mind.
Love how the only reason you died the first time around was cars blowing up and cops pretty much, not all of the explosions, molotovs, and sniper peds. I swear sniper peds often screwed me up real bad when I did GTA 3 peds riot/ weapons. You can't tell who they are because of the lack of an animation when they're shooting. (They're usually the ones casually walking along, I do believe.)
if gta5 don't have this, 3 will always have a place on my to play list- the simpler graphics and near instant load also give it another reason for instant grat mayhem.
What I don't like about this cheat is that since pedestrians are not scared by gunshots, you don't hear the hilarious female scream "AAAAAHAHA" anymore. :(
