We are back and Jannell and I really missed you guys! The Story Tellers Cafe was a fun Experience but the buffet was a little limited and just ok for us. The Dinner menu was totally worth it though! Food prices are in the Description.
Omg I love you guys so much!! Ahhh can’t wait to take my husband to Disneyland and show him all the places you guys have gone to! I’m always going crazy to my husband when I watch your vids and I be like “BABEEE LOOK LOOK FOOD THIS ANS THIS I WANT THIS!!” 😂

I love the Storyteller Cafe. It's a quiet, cool, and calm place to eat. After the noise of the crowds it's a pinch of heaven.
A dessert? Do you mean DESSERTS? YES!
Bread pudding topped with vanilla ice cream sheer joy!!! Have been to Storytellers buffet. Their posole was so delicious!!! 🍜🍜🍜
Janelle's outfit was so perfect for this one! She looks so cute!
We went to Storytellers for the Christmas buffet. It was just ok for us too. We had Characters that night, which was amazing. The Tamales were great and the Carved Turkey was really pleasant. Salads were pretty good as well.

I'm really glad when you give an honest review. I'd rather know what to expect rather than spend the money and then be disappointed. Thanks for your hard work and great to see you both again !!!!!

So glad you guys are back! FYI Steam Tables (aka: Buffets) will dry out pretty much anything. So if you are expecting fresh, moist food you have to be there when the food it put on the steam table. Otherwise it is hit or miss. Sad, but true. I love the variety that is offered. Everything looked interesting. Now that I'm hungry.........!

So much build-up for Blue Bayou, and then we didn't really enjoy the experience. Atmosphere is dingy and dated, food was rushed, menu was limited, and they didn't offer us dessert.
Lisa you could be right, because I've read a couple of reviews saying the same thing. I figure it's just one of those places you should try at least once. I've actually never been there but I've seen it hundreds of times. Few of my friends ate there and said the food was good but in all fairness that was over 10 years ago lol.
I've been there twice and the food is ok at best. You're mostly paying for the atmosphere. I think there's much better food in the park. I would still say to try it out just to experience it on your own though 😊
Lisa Secula True. I swear since I was a kid I wanted to eat at the "restaurant inside POC" - I was so jelly of the ppl there that we would float past while riding POC. And as an adult I made it a goal since the first time I brought my own kids. For years i tried but things would happen; kids were too little and too impatient to ride rides than to stop and have a sit down meal; not enough money; no reservations availableiable; missed reservation...
FINALLY last summer made it. By this time my son was a teenager and we had my 4 year old plus 2 of his friends with us whoes trip I sponsored so it was an expensive reservation.
I think because it was such a long awaited event that I was really expecting a lot more.
Don't get me wrong - the FOOD - was AMAZING! Limited menu, yes but we got dessert because we did the MSEP dinning package. Everything was awseome and the teeanger boys even sent back a compliment to the chef ...even my picky 4 year old ate EVERYTHING - clean plates all-around.
But yes, the atmosphere was dingy and dark and yes, it did feel very rushed which kind of ruined the "magic"... For me anyway. Kids didn't seem to notice.
I miss you both!! Ended up watching your other videos again ☺
I've been there and will be back in a few weeks for dinner! It's even worth it to exit the park and stop in to have excellent food and a nice rest 💓

I don't mind spending money, but I don't want to waste money and your reviews are sooooo helpful. So, I loved this review, but I think it helped me decide I would rather spend my money somewhere else. The pork chop looked good, but the rest didn't really look like it was worth the money. THANK-YOU SO MUCH!!!!

You guys should do Storyteller's Character Breakfast Buffet - that is totally worth it. It's a lovely breakfast buffet spread and made-to-order Omelets.
He loves watching her eat. He makes the cutest sounds when she puts food in her mouth!
