Watch out Bibi, here she comes again. I wonder how often she lands on her mom when she's exceptionally energetic in there. Or if Bibi tries to tell her to SLOW DOWN!! Most quickly I've seen a hippo move. I love watching how she's grown from a baby who we thought might not make it to her super healthy exuberant young lady self now. Super kudos to her wonderful keepers.
What a happy hippo! We're all grateful for the effort that was put into giving this girl a long, healthy life. 💕

I like how when she gets out of the water and starts running her hips wiggle back and forth, head held high as she is so full of herself, then she jumps back into the water and Bibi raises her head and shakes it back and forth like 'You go girl!'

I have watched this several times. And I still laugh, she is so adorable and Her mama BiBi is a typical Mama:) Fiona fan for life
It's amazing how far Fiona has come along in the last few years - back from when she was so small and scared just to walk on a ramp to go into a pool. How she used to have carers come into the pool with her to step in if she struggles to swim. And now she's flying! It shows how incredible and caring the team at the Zoo have been, right from the very beginning.
I'm really sad that I'm based in the UK, I would really love some day to fly to Cincinatti to meet her.

You have no idea how happy my 87 year old mother was to watch this video! We absolutely love Fiona and her extended family at the zoo. Hip, Hippo, Hooray For Fiona! (the title of a book!). Please support the Cincinnati Zoo during this difficult time while they are closed.
