Lol, all their records blows Bless Martyr out of the water. Mainly when it comes to the production and sound engineering. Bless Martyr was not the only record that was made live - they are still recording each record live, like a live band and their music got much more complex. I know A LOT about their behind the scenes when it comes to their records and there is so much going on. If i should go into all kind of details i can hear, feel and see, i could make a book about it. Imagine, if all records sounded like Bless Martyr. I don´t understand why a band should not evolve and not expand their sound? What i also found ironic is the fact, that new Norma Jean fans are not commenting under Bless Martyr album how they don´t like it - only old fans of the record are making comments like this under their new music, which is really great irony.
