This is what I like about this guy, in my opinion, he is talking more about your improvement and those tricks to be consistent than the actual subject which is copywriting. Hey mam, I understand how to write intuitive emails for companies but Im struggling to understand how to send emails like do I send emails to each individual customer from the company or do I send an email to the company and then the companies send out said emails?

your question indicates that you still don't understand the work bro, you send it to them and they send it to the list or if relationship get stronger you can ask to share the account so you can control everything on the list and they don't even have to think about the email or the list
Sure the emails might take 15-30 minutes to write, but you have to do hours of research into the customer/product/competition before you can even start. Otherwise the quality of your emails will really suffer.
So what it’s worth it, put in the work stop making excuses

This is definitely exaggeration. Businesses don’t pay for writing that doesn’t convert into leads or sales. Businesses want dollars. You have to know how to write copy along with funnels, marketing strategy, and more to get paid good retainers
