I had a very skittish tortoiseshell cat & after about 2 months of having this cat I was finally able to start checking her nails and one of her nails was sooo close to growing into the foot pads & I felt awful! After that I made sure to check & clip her nails every Sunday. I’ve kept that tradition of cutting my cats nails on Sundays - all 3 of my cats know they will get their Churu treats & to expect the nail clippers to come out 😹😹
As a diabetic I can tell you a full sugar brownie would make her sugars go up. The reason it might not have spiked is if she took extra meds or insulin.
For you Chantal. You just need to look in the mirror and see that you need to strictly watch what you eat. You go nowhere . You go to a different chair You waddle . Walking with Salah, you waddle just behind him . He makes sure of that.

Hadiths are basically hearsay, which are interesting when they're supported by the Qur'an but there's a ton of hadith that either contradicts the Qur'an or the Qur'an doesn't say anything at all about the subject. Some Muslims believe hadith is an extension to the Qur'an and base laws on the hearsay, and others (like myself) strongly disagree with that position. It's historical hearsay and interesting as such, but if there's nothing in the Qur'an to back it up, then it's not from God, simple as that.
