  • A mysterious wallet origami with 31 secret pockets. All you have to do is fold it piece by piece and put it together without glue, and you're done. If the A-type fold is 7.5cm*15cm, the wallet will be 15cm*16cm when unfolded. If you want a bigger wallet, you can make a bigger wallet by making Type A 10cm*20cm and folding the rest to fit. Only the A-type folding is a little difficult, and the rest is very easy and fun, so please try folding it.
    ★ Paper size and number of required sheets
    Type A (10x20cm) 16 Pieces
    Type B (10x20cm) 8 Pieces
    Type C (20x20cm) 4 Pieces
    Type D (20x40cm) 2 Pieces ( You can fold it in the same way as type B )
    Type E (40x40cm) 1 Sheet (There is one part that is different from type C, so please check the video before folding it.)

    Love the clear instructions, but I see some comments about the completed project not folding flat very well. I think this may be because there is no spine accounted for in the instructions of the larger final piece. The instructions also jump from no spine to having a spine between 21:24 and 21:26. At least a 3cm spine needs to be included if you want the final project to fold like the completed project shown in the video. 🙌

    This is the best and most detailed instructions I've seen for a thread book! I appreciate that you showed how it can fold together rather than using glue - it's very true to the art of origami! I mean no shade to those who use some adhesive, but I appreciate seeing how it's done with this modular construction for when I don't have glue available. Thanks for making this video!

    I love it how its a long,yet simple tutorial.Unlike the other origami tutorial videos,they always speed up the video making it short and "time saving",which makes it even harder to observe what you need to fold so you need to pause every 2 seconds,but this video,instead, is so simple and easy to follow!

  • @whitefuel9900
    @whitefuel9900 Рік тому +15

    This is so great, I love it! I just made one and I have a comment on the spine thing: Yes, it needs one, otherwise you cannot fold in in the middle. 4 cm is good, and for this you just add 4 cm to the width of part E and leave these 4 cm out in the middle when you fold, meaning you do not fold the edge to the middle line, but to the 4 cm line...I hope this is comprehensible.

    This is so good. Thank you.
    I have a question though. i made it with a paper which is kind of slippery. Can i use glue to hold it in place? where the tabs are inserted? I hope it would not damage the card in any way🥵
