The pastry was a perfect; it’s crunchy & flaky after it’s cooked while the fillings recipe was simply amazing! Timeline taken to produce these took me 3 solid hours of production from scratch!🤲

I have tried this recipe 3 times and it was the bomb! Twice I replaced the potato inti with sardine instead & it tasted much much better. The skin is super crispy even after it has cooled down. Yums! Thank u 😊

Curry leaves is not available where I am at. Is there an alternative? Is the chili paste, similar to Sambal? And lastly, what kind of curry powder? Any kind will do? Sorry for all the questions, just really want to try making your recipe. Thank you for sharing.
1) opt out the curry leaves if they're not available to u. 2) chilli paste used were made from blended dried chillies. Alternatively, u can also use chilli powder. 3) I normally used Baba's brand meat curry powder. But u can use any brands available to you. Stay well!
How many puffs you can get from your recipe? I tend to use fish curry powder. I noticed you just used all purpose flour and not adding corn or rice flour?

I tried the curry puff I only tried the dough the filling I do it my way it turns out well xcept tat I think the next time I need 2 add a little bit of salt to the dough

Thanks! Yes, u can freeze the dough. Wrap tightly in cling wrap. When ready to use, thaw dough to room temp.
