Closest I’ve seen to Cp3, but have a little Dennis Schroeder in him how he gets to the basket. He’s easily a lottery maybe top 10. Very mature, and confident.
he might be in the conversation for #1 by the end of they year if he keeps on playing like this
@@waro713 Cade Cunningham ??
@@waro713 I do think he’s elite but top 5 is hella crowded with unicorns
@@waro713 I think cade Cunningham, jalen suggs, jalen green may have a problem with that
@@Jasecretburner if only Sharife played more games then u guys would see why he is saying he is a top 5 pick shii arguably top 3
The fact that he drew 3 offensive charges is KEY! Wasn’t known as a defender but once he’s locked in it’s over!!! He’s easily lottery doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that.
Dude is a very impressive offensive prospect, but he doesnt have the mentality or the size to be any kind of defender. He's gonna struggle on that end his entire career.
Brodie u need a basketball scientist to tell u that he ain’t no damn lottery pick. I wouldn’t be surprised if the lil nigga drop to the 2nd round or go undrafted 💯
He is 5’11 wit a broken jumper no 3pt or mid range game. He can only drive Nd he can’t defend shit being that small. U think a team gone pick up a point guard who can only pass Nd drive good @ THE COLLEGE LEVEL ?
Stop thinking your fav player in college is good.
@@valenfarous3150 damn bro you typing all that you sound like a hater 😂
@@valenfarous3150 i think you're taking it a bit far as his quickness, vision, and ability to pass accurately with botb hands will make him a 1st round pick; but you're spot on with your criticisms. To be a good NBA player at that size you have to be a good shooter, plain and simple. And he most definitely is going to have trouble guarding his whole career. He's small and doesn't have the mentality. He reminds me of Trae Young without a jumper...
which is to say he's a good playmaker/passer but will be a borderline disaster on D and will be someone who can ruin young players around him with his style of play(if a team were to give him the keys which is doubtful)
Game looks too easy for sharife
FOR REAL...cold as nitrogen.
It looks..
Key word,
Looks
it is
It is really easy when refs don't allow defenders to breathe on him. He shot 22 FTs last night and very few of them were earned. Don't get me wrong, he's a really good player, but i was in shock seeing a kid in his 5th game get James Harden treatment and then some from the zebras.
Rife Coop just has a composure and a poise about his game that allows him to see plays before they develop. That's why his passing is already elite. He has great IQ and blazing speed. The way he attacks the basket, creates and uses contact to slither around bigger defenders to get all the way to the cup at his size is very impressive and reminds me a lot of Damian Lillard; another player that has a composure and an extreme poise about his game. He's definitely thee impact player for Auburn.
Yes the kid is a bloody tough gaurd!!! Part of his game indeed reminds one of Damian Lillard.
@@theralbreadballer Factual! He changes pace very well for a player with the speed he has. He looks like he's been in college 3 years already with the way he makes the game look so easy.
Comparing him and the other guards in this class is like comparing Chris Paul and Westbrook
idk if i’m trippin but it’s kind of crazy how he gets every call, like literally every tick tack foul like 3:47 ? are the refs serious
and that’s just one of them
Iike Kobe said with AI be lucky he wasn’t 6’5
6'5 iverson would be a james harden type player.
@@classicslayer456 With way more bounce.
You can say that about any short guard lol

@@classicslayer456 no he wouldn’t lol their games were totally different
He plays like a vet... sheeesh what a talent
Auburn’s fun to watch
Make my words his best trait is his court IQ. There is no way you can be 6’0 and drop consistent buckets without being a space finding genius!

@@valenfarous3150 stop hating lol and who cares that can be taught IQ cannot and hes able to control a game
I really like his game he's smooth and usually always under control. He will have to work on his jumper though.
His left hand control with the ball is insane driving and finishing with left and all definitely a lottery pick
He is a genius PG for sure.
Acceleration and control 💯 💯 💯 he going to be top 10 PG in NBA
no doubt.
Damn life comes at you fast
Lol
He reminds me of kyrie at duke. But you can see mizzou getting frustrated but they just didn’t have the speed to stay in front of him so they had to try to bump him out of position and the refs just weren’t about to let them do that all game
Refs did nothing but call ridiculous fouls all game.
Lions Den yikes cry about it
@@BRlGADE_KINGPIN 21 free throws is a lot for college I’d have to see the calls tho but it’s suspect fasho
@@IFreshhx sorry man, I come from old school scrappy basketball. This new generation of basketball y’all youngins got going on is pathetic.

When a point guard controls the pace he controls the game I love it keep balling kid
If he can get a consistent three ball he will be so lethal
Only thing that scares me is he literally has no lift in his shot which could be a problem in the nba

We are BLESSED to get to watch Rife on the plains. God, if he comes back, we could legit win a championship adding Jabari and Alexander next year with what Thor is doing as well. 🦅🐅
Lol
Only to get smacked by Tennessee because they pulled some BS and all their players suddenly are competent again. That ain't ever gonna happen. Between Kentucky, Tennessee and now Alabama, Auburn is good for deep runs in the NCAA tournament not winning within conference. No offense to them, but they seem to split vs. Kentucky and Tennessee every year. And now Alabama is looking like they are gonna be good for a long time.
Inspiring frfr🔥
Man 35 got bunnies out of this world 😭 I need to watch more college basketball

@@drewfleming5584 rife just good at drawing fouls
Reminds me of cp3! Also the kid plays at his own pace. He can see the offense before it even happens! Very skilled indeed.
He reminds me of kyrie at duke .
my only thing with him is that he doesn't get much lift on his shot. but, he's still able to get the shot off with defenders on him and his shooting form looks really good. just a little more elevation would make an already solid overall game that much better.
He make everyone on his team so much better it’s crazy

Beautiful to watch 💯 IQ thru the roof.

mostly touch fouls, and bad reaches. Most of the calls were obvious reaches, pulling from Kobe and KG story if most of them would have approached the ball from different angles it would have been clean, but most of the reaches were straight up and not playing at any angles of attack.
hey now. defense highlights looking pretty good.
Top five pick and could go even higher depending upon who needs a PG.

@@TREzyGetPuzze his ft percentage shows alot of promise tho so
If he can stop leaning back when he shoots a jumper his efficiency would improve a lot I think
iBeliEve he is professionally compensating for his height against taller players. He does not have a long wind up instead he dips and leans away similar to CP3 to avoid getting blocked. iFeel getting stronger in his lower body in a professional program and or adding more arch at this time would be beneficial.
Don’t be surprised if he end up like rajo rondo or cp3 his shot continue to improve just like every other nba player his work ethic is gonna get him to where he needs to be
Iq and instinct for the game is crazy

6:12 until the next whistle is an example of professional-grade body control: using his ass and hips to gauge where the defenders are. Accelerate and decelerate accordingly. Tesla on autopilot.
Great defense Rife!
those auburn boys thooo dudes got hops for days
Cooper is a beast!!!
Don’t worry we all go be great

He reminds me so much of Cp3
Once he knocks down that jumper consistently,
Arguably the best PG in the country.
I would hate to guard him all night lol he tuff
Cooper is small but smart , Mizzou didn’t look like the same team that took down Tennessee no ones playing any real defense against Auburn like they did against Tennessee
This is the best player in college basketball. If he declares he will be the best out of that draft
Luka Garza, Timme, Petty, Cam Thomas, Armado Bacot, Herb Jones, Austin Reaves, Mac McClung, Cade Cunningham. These are all players who impact the game just as much as Cooper does. He is a top five player, but number 1 is a stretch. His team is beating highly overrated Sec teams. U can't even make the argument he is the best freshmen, seeing as Cade is top ten in every stat accept turnovers in the Big 12, a conference that actually is hard to play in. A conference where defense is not optional all the time
@@sjbboy1790 lol reef averaging 22 5 and 9 bro and he missed 12 games. Cade averaging what 16 17 a game 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Everybody talking bout fouls sharife was in foul trouble too. Even his 4th foul was suspect. Mizzou as a whole fouled alot that's why they was in the penalty early.
except they kept calling clear charges blocking fouls on Mizzou, lol.

In college u can do this everything is different now it was rougher and tougher back in the day he will be average at best to small for one and playing beging trae young is not helping go back and look at drove in college that's what u wanna see that's how a college player is supposed to do in college and of course his first 5 years he was a beast good luck Mr Cooper u will need it facts

Trut. Di Trut.
Sharife the only guy I seen that throw lobs on non fast breaks .
Controls the entire floor like a young CP3 at Wake Forest did. Not as fast end to end with the ball, not the same bulldog on defense and handle isn’t as crisp but a better scorer, more length and equally good composure/ basketball IQ.
