Swimmer Working Backstroke on SwimFast with Coach Friederang

Notice the rotation and the stroke improvement. This is a relatively novice swimmer who is improving in our specialized sports weight room. Her progress here is being calculated by the onboard computer on one of our seven swim bench ergometers. This is her first time on the SwimFast doing backstroke.
