In this week's video, I show you how I make three delicious meals suitable for weight loss: Nectarine & maple oatmeal, Panzanella salad, and Sweet potato, chickpea and quinoa salad with citrus, maple & ginger dressing. These meals are low fat but will keep you full and satisfied as they are full of fibre and goodness.

This salad looks incredible! I am gluten free and I make an artisan gf bread with buckwheat and a few other flours. It’ll be perfect for making this panzanella salad!
