The different reactions from Seungjae and Sian is probably because Seungjae's parents taught him to be think logically and be reasonable while Sian's dad just scares him constantly and plays pranks on him.
In a way, Sian's dad allows him to imagine more ane believe in himself in a way that Seungjae's dad had to learn. So there are pros and cons to both of them
In my perspective, Sian's dad treats Sian like a child(which he is) but at the same time teaching him about life slowly but surely. He probably just want him to enjoy his childhood and there's nothing wrong with it. After all, everyone has their own ways of raising kids
No... Seungjae was born that way. You know even if you grow up under a certain rules and environments, everyone is different. Everyone is born differently with unique qualities. And your statement doesn't make sense but I suppose you can make something up from watching videos and not knowing much.
Sian's dad teaches him to be strong esp in tough situations. All his dad's pranks was meant in a good way.

And because Jiyong left entertainment industry a long time ago, he don't have many celebrity friends that can take care of seungjae while shooting tros.
