Widest Coverage is only with BSNL Postpaid, but Jio or Airtel Postpaid works better in terms of quality and Internet whereever they work.. Nubra and Leh they work and then other parts of Ladakh in patches.

I have seen that you been using DJI products a lot, but do they customer service during and after warranty in india?? I was planning to buy an action camera from dji. Bhai I will prefer the GoPro over DJI.. personally as I live in US the Customer Service is not a challenge and plus luckily I haven’t had a problem as well.. I just got a DJI Gimbal too but why GoPro is because the quality I much better both built as well as well video.. I have used both and liked GoPro better.. again not an expert but just talking based on my experience!
If you need creative shots and don’t bother much about video editing then Insta360 is a good choice too but not as sturdy or rugged as GoPro

I have a question, is it mandatory for bikers to have bike in their own name now? My bike is not in my name . In 2018 there was no problem with the same bike. thank you
Rules are still same, bike need to be in your name or family name “in case you are stopped and checked” which last time wasn’t the case.. so private numbers are rarely checked but if they stop and check you need to convince them it is your bike and not commercial rented

1. Yes, Srinagar to Leh will be good time in September
2. I will recommend may be choose a local homestay to feel the warmth of local hospitality than regular hostel whose experience you can get elsewhere too.
3. For Ladakh, you should at least have 4-5 days and in case of Tso Moriri have 6-7 days.
4. Considering current roads in Himachal, it is best to fly out Leh.
5. Turtuk is really good place. Add another day.

Dheeraj Bhai, this is Nithin here and I am Solo rider. I am starting my ride from Pathankot towards Leh from Srinagar side, so i will be covering Sach pass as well, now I have a doubt that do we tend to have AMS in sach pass since i will be going directly. Or shld i plan something alternative?
Nithin bhai, Sach Pass may give you AMS symptoms but at the end of the day you will be reaching Killar or Dalhousie or Bairagarh.. So, it shall be fine as you will be there at the treeline. Just stay well hydrated.

Is it good decision to travel from Pangong to Hanle via chushul or go back to to fuel pump in upshi & then hanle via chumathang Any fuel station in Changthang region ??

Dost, you can make this trip, hope rains don't play much spoil sport towards the end of August and since you are flying to Leh, it is much better as less rains reach Ladakh. No need to carry spare fuel now from Nubra to Pangong. Now as of May 2024, you will find petrol pumps ar following places in Ladakh
Leh, Karu near Leh,
Diskit in Nubra ,
Tangtse near Pangong Lake,
Nyoma near Hanle and Tso Moriri (Newly operational in 2024)
Then if you exit on Manali Leh highway from Tso Moriri then next petrol pump will be Keylong.
So if you are doing Ladakh circuits as above, you will need to manage about 290 km without petrol pump in case returning to Leh or Karu otherwise if you exit from Tso Moriri to Keylong/Manali then you need to manage about 420 km
I feel that you should skip rest day in Pangong and go to Hanle and spend two nights there. You can use one night for rest after coming from Pangong and then next day you can make a day trip to Umling La Pass.
Day 1 | Leh Rest day and acclimatize
Day 2 | Leh local sightseeing and acclimatize
Day 3 | Leh to Diskit/Hunder in Nubra
Day 4 | Turtuk Day Trip
Day 5 | Diskit/Hunder to Pangong Lake

Day 7 | Umling La Day trip from Hanle

It might be old vLog bhai, Umling La is wild and open now.. no restrictions anymore anywhere in Ladakh for any tourist places opened for tourists.. earlier it used to be army may or may not permit but since last couple of years, it is more like you can go anywhere anyplace that is opened for tourist in Ladakh by just paying the environment fee.

I am planning a solo bike tour for Leh & Ladakh this year in July as you have guided in your video's very well that I should start from Srinagar side, it will help me to save from AMS problem, I have TVS Apache 160 Bike in very good condition, I have changed its Rear tyre, Can you please suggest me a 10 to 12 days tour plan, I will start from Panipat, I can ride on bike daily 300 to 500 kms easily, In 2012, I have travelled Kaza & Spiti, I have a blog on BCMT on the travelogue in name of Simply Spiti with Love but this time I am planning to enjoy my travelling, Kindly give me some hints about Cloths, Extra Cans for Petrol, any special gears, I have already Knee Caps & Elbow caps, Will my own tent give me more adventure with a little stove & other small utensils.
